I have sensitive skin that is prone to rosacea. This made my redness much more worse. It was terrible. My face was very hot and itchy and in the next five minutes, my face was a red mess. It has a lot a oil-fragrances that are not good for sensitive skin. This is more of an oil than a serum.

I use the correcting cream and I love it and so wanted to love this. I have combination sensitive skin, with redness on my cheeks from an autoimmune disease. The correcting cream does wonders for me, but this made my face burn and get very irritated. It looked like I had a sunburn or windburn.
It has a lot of ingredients so I’m not sure which is responsible, but I’m guessing one of the citrus oils. I wish this didn’t have as many extra ingredients as it does so I could use it!
Texture was ok, dispenser was awesome. Expensive too . Returning and will have to try something else. Definitely patch test before purchasing!

This is one of the rare serums I’ve used and loved. The effects show up quite fast – reduced redness around the nose, better skin complexion and colouration, faster heal time for blemish scars. I love it. It goes on like a watery gel and absorbs really fast. I also like the faint Chinese herbal smell. I’ll definitely repurchase and think it’s worth the price.

Clear watery texture with a slightly yellowy green tint that reminds me of cactus juice. Very faint scent like aloe vera and lemon hand cream. Sinks in and dries quickly, leaving skin looking dull and feeling slightly tacky. Doesn’t irritate skin, makeup doesn’t pill over it in the morning. I wouldn’t buy again as I couldn’t see much of a difference and I didn’t like the tacky dry feel / dull look it gave skin after it dries.
Just to add the Dr Jart Cicapair Tiger Grass Cream is extremely moisturising if you have dry skin. Its got a similar texture and scent to It Cosmetics Confidence in a Cream. I would have considered repurchasing, but the aloe/lemon scent was super strong and the cream made my skin feel like it was burning. I might go back to the It Cosmetics one.

The best thing about this product is the clever packaging/dispenser, but it was very expensive and I could not tell the difference in using it AT ALL. It sucks because the Re.Cover cream is amazeballs, but this did nothing notable at all for my redness.

This product calms my skin before makeup. I have seen a significant development of my skins de pigmentations and texture. Really happy, bought my second pack.

There’s some real goodies in this serum: Niacinamide, Cocoa extract, Arnica etc and I think it’s the ingredients that drew me to this product, more than the redness around my nose which I was curious to see how it would work on.
The pro’s: it goes on light and is totally non-tacky. I only have a sample size which gave me about a weeks’ use, but in that time I really enjoyed using it – no breakouts, no itchiness, nothing negative to report on, and that’s despite having reactive skin. I could apply my moisturizer and CC cream during the day without piling, or night serum before bed, right after this. More importantly, the redness around my nose did calm down somewhat which was great, I’d say a 30% reduction at least (I usually cover with my MAC Studio Finish Concealer but didn’t need to use as much as normal). Better still, the redness is still reduced even though it’s been over 1 week since I stopped using this. I will have to go out and purchase a full size bottle of this as soon as I can.
The cons: None whatsoever!

This picture is from a makeover at Sephora. I have sensitive skin and even though I was there for a foundation match, the SA had to try to push some skincare products so whatever.
She put this on me and I immediately broke out into this burning rash. HOLY HELL! It hurt. It burned. She had to run and get some calming wipes and even then my skin was burning. I happened to have some calming serum with me (because I knew there was a chance something would irritate my skin) so I put that on and after a few minutes it stopped burning. It still hurt but the rash went down a bit and we found a foundation that works.
This is truly one of the most painful skincare experiences I have ever had and that’s saying a lot. I had a chemical burn from a glycolic acid peel gone wrong that didn’t hurt as much as this.

I bought this because my skin completely freaked out and started breaking out, getting very red, sensitive, dry, and irritated. I think I might have over exfoliated- took me about two weeks to calm it down. I was looking for something soothing, but light enough to avoid clogging my pores. It’s doing exactly that. It’s sort of a light green gel that comes out of a dropper- it’s a really secured bottle that won’t leak in my wash bag, which is nice. There’s a botanical scent that’s present, but not too strong. Sinks in quickly, doesn’t pile or get sticky. My face feels good in the morning, and cleansing doesn’t hurt like it used to. I don’t know if it evens out my skin tone that much, but I have so much acne scarring right now that it’s hard to tell. I use this with moisturizer on top and sometimes an oil (best ones for value to repair damaged skin barrier: Indeed Labs 10Balm & Ren Omega 3 Optimum Skin Oil). I will never exfoliate too much ever again, but I’ll keep using this little bottle and might repurchase for any and each of my skin freakouts.

I wasn’t sure if my skin was suffering from Malassezia folliculitis, but I started having many skin problems when I came back to Malaysia due to a sudden change of climate (hot and extremely humid). Besides suffering from Malassezia folliculitis, my skin was oily, patched and dull.
One day when I was shopping at Sephora, one of the assistants recommended me this Tiger Grass product and gave me 2 samples of the Cicapair night repair mask, I was initially skeptical but I tried it regardless.. because no products seemed to improve my condition. I applied the mask every day.. and on the second day, my skin started to show improving result! The affected areas were less irritated, my skin was so hydrated, didn’t get oily and remained like this throughout the day. I immediately went to purchase this Cicapair serum online on Sephora. I didn’t get the mask because the serum is cheaper lol, but have the same ingredients.
I used this everyday and the affected areas were completely healed from Malassezia folliculitis in less than a week!! I haven’t stopped using this since then. My skin complexion has gotten brighter gradually, no more greasiness for a whole day, and remained perfectly hydrated. It also seems to prevent my skin from breaking out, because I haven’t broken out since I started using this product!! My skin is quite thin and everytime even when I slightly exfoliate my nose, acnes will show up overnight because it’s that irritable. But I haven’t had such problem when I have this product on. No more redness, no more acnes! omg I just can’t stop praising it. Sorry.
And not to mention the packaging is brilliant! It’s break-proof and the stopper has a button on the top, which only becomes pressable when it is fully unfastened from the bottle. It’s a clicky button and each press gives you a perfect amount for each section of your face.
Any cons? I really can’t find anything bad about it. You can say it’s expensive for it’s priced at USD46, but compared to the market price from other brands, I think it’s quite decent. For me, it’s worth every penny because my skin is gorgeous now. Thank you tiger grass!!! It’s now a staple in my skincare routine!
