   I’m not very impressed with this product at all. I have very dry eyes that have a tendency to look a little sunken because they are dehydrated. I was assured by the lady at the Clinique counter that this was the perfect product for me and would sit well under my make up.
   I’ve been using this consistently for two months and I have noticed no difference to my eye area.
   It also DOES NOT sit under make up, it flakes and peels off.
   The packaging looks nice however the pump has prevented any of the spheres from being released so none of those have actually made it out of the bottle.

   This has got 2 stars from me as the packaging looks sleek, and although it’s not made a difference to my eye area, the formula is smooth and cooling. It feels particularly soothing when the bottle has been in the fridge! I will not repurchase as it hasn’t made a difference to my eye area however I will use the rest of the bottle as a soothing agent for my eye area

   I recently decided to try this, and I’m thrilled with my purchase! This hydrating gel feels amazing immediately upon application, like your eye area is taking a drink of water. It absorbs quickly, and doesn’t leave any tacky residue despite how rich it is. The pink tone doesn’t translate on to skin and there’s no detectable fragrance.

   I do not notice any brightening or firming benefits with this eye gel, so an anti-aging eye serum underneath would be ideal if that’s a concern. This is just great hydration that sits under eye makeup, which is exactly what I have been looking for! The pump disperses wayyyyy too much product, which is normal I find with most pumps. There isn’t a ton of product in the tube, industry standard, but the price is great. I like the texture compared to Kiel’s avocado eye cream I was previously using, it feels more moisturizing. It also hasn’t bothered my extremely sensitive eye area. Despite how rich it feels my concealer doesn’t crease any faster and my mascara doesn’t smudge. Worth it!

   I have been using this consistently for several months. I am getting a visible plumping and tightening effect that is better than my usual eye cream. Packaging is great and dispenses the right amount to use on both eyes with one pump.

   I’m a sucker for new products, especially when it’s a new Clinique product. I’m also always on the search for new eye products. My eye area is always dry. I’ve found that this holds up to many, but not all of it’s claims.  The Eye Concentrate has a nice gel consistency, similar to the Clinique Moisture Surge Super Charged Concentrate.  The gel smooths over skin easily and absorbs in about a minute.  I’ve found that the 96 Hour Hydro-Filler Concentrate works much better in the evening.  When I’ve tried using this during the daytime I noticed that it had a tendency to flake and pill off.  I’m okay with just using this in the evening since it does not seem to play well with sunscreen, foundation, and face powder.

   The 96 Hour hydration claims are also a bit over the top.  I found that in the morning once I’ve washed this off my face that the hydration ends there.  Again, I didn’t really expect to apply something and have the results last eight days later.  I found that this adds some nice hydration to my eye area.  I would say that fine lines are slightly blurred and “filled” until I wash it off in the morning.  I love that Clinique has included many beneficial ingredients such as green tea, algae, niacinamide, vitamin e, and even a peptide.  I wasn’t super excited to see caffeine on the list because I find frequent use of caffeine in skin care products can make my skin feel overly dry.  I think the benefits of the Moisture Surge Eye 96 Hour Hydro-Filler Concentrate definitely outweigh the few negatives, especially since this eye concentrate is fragrance-free and doesn’t contain any drying alcohol types.
