I have quite dark circles under my eyes, which I find difficult to cover even with full coverage concealer. I’ve been trying different skincare products aimed at reducing dark circles and got this on the basis that it’s called Fade Out and specifically stated on the packaging that it ‘reduces the appearance of dark circles’.
This was horrible. It made my eyes sting so badly and after a few days of using it, my under eye area was left feeling dry, sore and dehydrated. After a few more days of use I had to stop using it completely and go out and purchase a deeply moisturising eye cream to try and rectify the damage this had done.
Apart from the fact that it didn’t work and left my under eye area in a worst state than before, the scent of this was also really off-putting. It had a really artificial, chemical scent to it and a very watery consistency. Definitely NOT worth the £8.99 I paid for it and definitely wouldn’t recommend it, especially if you have sensitive skin and eyes.
