Very average ingredients. Has Drew Barrymore as a celebrity spokesperson.
Contains fungal triggers, allergens as per skincarisma.com. For a few dollars more, you can purchase a higher quality eye cream. Jar packaging containing 13 ml (less than a tablespoon) Other than Glycerin (common moisturizer and cheap ingredient) and Niacinamide (brightening and in other Olay products, Cerave brand) I don’t see anything of value.
List price $33.99 cdn

I needed something for my laugh lines and puffiness around my eyes and I noticed a HUGE difference the first time I used this product. It only takes a small amount and I use it on the whole area under my eyes, out to the sides and on my eye lids, morning and night and went on smoothly. If you read the directions, it states to moisturize the area for full optimal benefits and this might be a MUST for some users. It has helped with the puffiness and “tired” look I had going on. I will say, it has not eliminated the problem 100% , not sure if there is a product out there that does that anyway, but it has helped a lot! I bought mine at Walmart for about $25.00 and it came with a trial pack of Olay cleansing cloths.

Such a bad product, I used it consistently and didn’t notice any moisturisation and it also looks very chalky not something that can be used during daytime.

Honestly don’t know why this has any good reviews.
Unfortunately for me it was not remotely hydrating, didn’t blend nicely, but worst of all, it pillrd with or without concealer.
All bad.

Goes on smoothly, seems to minimize lines and puffiness and brightens a bit but not a HG for dark circles. I would give it higher marks if it came in a squeeze tube to minimize contamination, also because when packed for travel, the product ends up settling sideways/diagonally/whatever and in the lid (annoying).

I love this dinky looking, blink and you’ll miss it eye cream! It’s a gamble for Olay to do a makeup/skincare hybrid, but I really do notice this product improving my undereye circles almost immediately. It says it’s ok to use as skin care morning and evening, and I feel like it’s a good under eye moisturising primer too. On my makeup wearing days, I’ll put concealer over it and there are no issues. LOVE this, just wish it wasn’t overpriced, but alas, am purchasing in Australia *sigh*

I bought this in desperation as my lower eye lids were looking puffy and the skin looked loose as I have not slept well for months. After 2 or 3 days of using this cream, the saggy puffy look had almost gone! I would certainly recommend this product.
It is certainly overpriced but it will last for months as you only need a tiny bit. I just pat it on as gently as possible then moisturize with Olay 3 point regenerist cream.
Best eye cream ever!

So I picked this up recently from Walgreens ($32 ouch!!) & I like it so far. It’s kind of a catch all for winkles/dark circles/anti-aging/puffiness & it’s slightly tinted. It does not sting (Olays eye roller stings so bad i had to return it!! Garnier is half price, tinted & doesn’t sting it’s my HG), not greasy, plays well w MU my HG is Clinique but I don’t like having to order it or go to the Mall. All in all i think it’s overpriced but it does tie job. I’m not really super familiar w eyecreams so I don’t have a lot of experience to compare it to. I would maybe repurchase esp if it was on sale. It’s not my HG thou the search continues I don’t know what I’m looking for but I will know when I find it hah

(I wish I would have opted for the OLAY EYES PRO RETINOL EYE TREATMENT FOR WRINKLES as I feel that would have better suited my needs.)
Does it work?…
I do like that it is lightly hydrating without being too heavy for my undereye and causing puffiness, which is an issue for me with some eye creams. The light tint does absolutely nothing for my dark circles and completely disappears on my skin.
This is not a deep moisturizing product so if that is what you need I would 100% look elsewhere.
I do feel like my eye area looks a bit more firm in the outer eye/crows feet area and the upper cheek below the undereye area.
However, it did absolutely NOTHING for fine lines and I actually feel like my fine lines look much worse than before I started this product! The skin just looks more crepey and the fine lines are more visible. I do not understand how my under eye skin can look worse after using an eye cream but it does.
What I like about it-
The product feels very nice and luxurious, I like that it does not take long to sink into the skin and it did not cause any milia.
As for any depuffing, I am pretty disappointed. I wish I would have read the ingredients before purchasing because I do not see one thing that signals to me that this can de-puff anything.
In fact, Olay states themselves “reduces puffiness by massaging onto skin”, the depuffing comes from massaging the cream into the undereye area.
They also state “color-correcting technology, acts as a touch of concealer” umm not really. It does add just the slightest touch of luminosity to the skin but the peachy color disappears completely once massaged into the skin. I do wish it did offer more of a peach tone that would be nice to help color correct the undereye circles!!
There are a couple of ingredients that may be worth the price tag.
Niacinamide which can help restore the skin and even the tone, Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4 which stimulates collagen, you may have heard of this as Matrixyl (an ingredient I love in facial skin care, personally I prefer Matrixyl 3000 a little more than this). These pentapeptides are supposed to be small enough to penetrate the skin and are cell-communicating. It is also said to be as effective as retinol, but less irritating.
After over a month of use, I decided I will not repurchase and would actually recommend this to someone younger as a means to prevent and get into good skincare habits. Although, for a budget-friendly version Olay does offer a $10 eye cream that is good for younger skin as well.
I am going to be on the hunt for something similar but more cost-effective and preferably with fewer parabens!
That being said I really wish Olay would make an eye cream with all three ingredients Niacinamide, Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4, and Retinyl Propionate, at an affordable price of course.

I haven’t been using this product long enough to notice long term results but I really like the effect it has had on me so far. This tinted eye cream always seems to make my eyes appear brighter, less puffy and more calm. A little goes a HUGE way, and I use it all over my eyelid and under my eye. The packaging is plastic but feels heavy, it is a little pricey not to have a glass jar but that’s not a large downfall. I’ve never noticed instant results from an eye cream but I can tell how well this brightens my undereyes as soon as I put it on.
