The full name of the product that I use is “Lierac Paris Diopticerne Dark Circle Correcting Cream.” The eye treatment is about 20 dollars for a (tiny) 0.18 oz tube that lasts me about a month and a half when spreading a dot of this product on each undereye circle 2 times a day. It’s labeled as a cream on the package but I would say it’s more like a thin moisturizer in consistency. It has no significant scent.
I *had* dark, brown/black undereye circles from bad sleeping habits, the type of circles that couldn’t be completely covered up with concealer and that never went away no matter how much I tried to make up for my sleep debt. On top of that my left undereye bag was weirdly puffier than my right, which was super obvious in photos.
After a week or two of using this, in the morning under makeup and at night after cleansing, I noticed that my undereye circles had diminished to a point that it looked like I had concealer on when I didn’t. In addition, after about 2 weeks of use the puffiness under my left eye has been reduced significantly, to the point when I can’t notice it unless I look closely in the mirror. This result is with absolutely no change in my sleeping habits. I have reduced my application to one time a night and this seems to maintain the results.
As a person who has bought a lot of expensive and inexpensive dark circle treatments, this is the only product that I have ever repurchased! I’ve used Diopticerne for 2 months now and don’t plan on ever stopping.
***Here a few tips though: According to reviews on other websites the TINTED version of this product does not work. I use the untinted version. Also, after I apply this product I follow with a layer of Aquaphor ointment under my eyes, which locks in the treatment and seems to increase its absorption and effect.***

I love this product as it really works and can tell when I don’t use it. I just don’t like the small size of the tube and the price. But as long as it works I will continue to repurchase it!!

I like Lierac Diopticerne for my dark under eye circles so far and I’ve been using it for four weeks at least day and night. Gradually I’ve been seeing a lot lightening and improvement on the dark circles and I apply it on my top eyelids and bottom eyelids before I put any other creams or treatments on my face. I agree with others that the tube for Diopticerne is far too small though.
Recently I’ve been using the over the counter retinol treatment La Roche Posay Redermic R over this to see if things get even better with my dark circles even though they were lightening up without the Redermic R from before.
Sadly they’ve taken all Lierac skin care out of the UK for some reason and it wasn’t even seen in a lot of places to begin with. In London, Bliss Pharmacy which only has two locations took out all of their Lierac and replaced it with Bioderma I think because that brand is so popular now but lo and behold the US finally sells Lierac in some places! No fair : ( So I had to buy this from one of the newer French pharmacy/drugstore websites that ship outside of France but charge a lot for shipping.
The Lierac Diopticalm which is for puffy eyelids I think has a bigger tube. I may try Eyesilix eye cream next as pharmacies in the UK like Boots do sell that but I wouldn’t mind buying this again but it’s a pain to buy it if you’re in the UK.
