The texture of this eye cream is nice and useable for AM and PM. I didn’t notice any changes necessarily but kept eye area smooth and soft. A sales rep recommended this eye cream to me because she “likes it best” but I think it may be just because of the price, which I didn’t realize until checking out. Price is the reason I will not be purchasing again — just too expensive for an eye cream!

YES!!! I like this cream. Extremely emollient, providing excellent hydration. Lines appear less visible. Beautiful base for concealer.
But the price is high.
Probably will not repurchase, but I do LOVE MY SAMPLE.

I really like this for a daytime eye cream. it’s not heavy enough for night time, at least for me. But this is perfect for the daytime. I dab a little of it on, gently rub it in, and let it sit for a minute or two, and it very nicely moisturizes under the eyes. Is it going to “age delay” anything? No – nothing short of Rx stuff will do that, so expecting that from a mass marketed eye cream is unrealistic, imho. The jar packaging doesn’t bother me, because I don’t think that it would “age delay” anything if it were vacuum packed – I just want it to moisturize, which it does nicely. That’s really all I expect from an eye cream, and this one delivers. It *is* vomitoriously expensive; I got it when sephora was running one of their 20% off deals, so it didn’t hurt quite as much…. 🙂 I would buy it again, if I ever run out. But only when I can get it at a discount. 🙂

I’m in love with this eye cream (even though it comes in a pot), but my usage is limited to deluxe samples. Boy oh boy is it expensive.
What I love:
+ I can use it even when the skin around my eyes is raw/incredibly sensitive (happens sometimes from allergies or if an acid treatment migrates up) and it calms it down.
+ The consistency is lovely and it hydrates my very dry under-eye are, creating the perfect texture for me to smoothly apply concealers.
+ This Black Tea line smells divine. (Not a big factor in my decision-making, it’s just a really nice bonus.)
I’m not sure about any “age-delay” from this cream — there is no SPF and I’m not aware of any active ingredients, but it feels so nice on the skin. I hope I can find a more affordable eye cream than this.
If your budget allows for luxury eye creams, do give this a try.

I’ve noticed that the skin around my eyes isn’t as firm as it used to be, so I went out and bought some eye creams. This one was a best seller at Sephora so I picked it up. I’ve been using it for a while now and it hasn’t firmed my eye area at all. I also have small bags underneath my eyes, and those haven’t gone away. The only thing this product has done is make the skin around my eyes incredibly soft. It also gives you a hydrating feeling when you apply it. For $78, it doesn’t do anything extraordinary. I wouldn’t recommend this. Get the Sephora sample if you try it out.
UPDATE: I think I’ve been using this stuff long enough to have a good opinion on it. Overall, this stuff has made the skin around my eyes very smooth and soft the touch. But I did not see any other changes. No differences in firmness at all.

I do like this product. It’s a nice thick cream. However, for $85 I’m disappointed. Just not worth it for that price! I feel like it’s very average. I will continue looking for my perfect eye cream!

I’ve given up on eye treatments recently, because everything seems to ultimately get into my eyes and irritate them. Fresh’s Black Tea Age-Delay Eye Concentrate seems to be the exception. It’s very moisturizing, enough so to ameliorate both the uncomfortable tight feeling under and around my eyes, and the flakiness in my eyebrow area. Despite this, it hasn’t caused any breakouts (which I’m prone to if I use any kind of emollient on my face). It doesn’t actually do anything *dramatic* to improve the appearance of my eye area other than the fact that moist undereye skin doesn’t have the crepe-y look that dry undereye skin does. It smells like jasmine tea, I do like this product, and I’ll gladly use up the sample I got, but I don’t see myself paying US$85 for the full size, particularly since the only format available is the unsanitary jar form. That said, I would buy it if it were in my budget!

Like the last reviewer, I received a deluxe sample of this eye cream with a Sephora order. I’ve been using it for about two weeks, and I’m actually very impressed with how it performs, which isn’t something I can say for most Fresh products. It doesn’t irritate my eyes AT ALL, and it does an amazing job at hydrating my under-eye area and making my fine lines less noticeable. It claims to also help minimize dark circles and “de-puff” the area, but I don’t really struggle with puffiness or dark circles, so I can’t speak as to whether or not it’s effective for those problems.
I’m not going to shell out for the full size product, because 1. the price is frankly pretty exorbitant, and 2. I can’t stand the unhygenic jar packaging. It bums me out, because this is otherwise one of the best eye creams I’ve used.

I believe this is different from the discontinued eye cream as this is a “concentrate.” I received a .1 fl oz sample of this, the .5 fl oz full-sized version retails for a whopping $85.
Now, I’m not the most finicky about eye creams, as long as it doesn’t sting and hydrates my under-eye area, I’m pretty content. This concentrate is rather thick and hydrating, but it doesn’t seem to absorb or “set” well. Despite using a very tiny amount, the product seems to form a thin slightly sticky layer in my under eye area. If I happen to tear up from allergies (not from this product, it’s not irritating to my eyes), even hours later, the concentrate immediately dissolves to slippery mess. I’ve not notice this happening with other eye creams. The concentrate does appear to slightly and temporarily hydrate the fine lines in my under eye area, but it doesn’t do much for my dark circles.
I’m not sure that the screw off dark glass jar packaging is the best for volatile black tea extract, noni fruit juice, and other delicate ingredients. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing the full-sized version of this.
