Not sure why the good reviews. This is absolutely terrible.
Quick dry? Nup no way. This takes ages to dry.
I bought this as my go to Orly Quick dry top coat l, i have to buy overseas from eBay. Thought I’d try this. Terrible!! I do my nails , wait an hour, go to bed, my nails area all smudge.
This doesn’t happen with the Orly. Don’t waste your money on this product.

For years I’ve been very happy with my Sally Hansen top coat but I’ve been unable to buy any for a while and I’ve tried various ones but nothing I’m happy with.
The search is over. For the £2 I paid I feel like a criminal.
It’s almost gel like in formula, super quick to apply and as it says on the bottle, it’s quick dry too.
I’ve noticed a significant difference in how long my polish lasts, I’ve gotten over a week with a Essie one that usually lasted three days max.
It’s stayed clear even though I’ve used it on very dark polishes.
I’ve stocked up on this as I’m guessing because I found it in a discount store, it’s been discontinued.

This is a terrific top coat! It extends the life of my manicure for many more days than other top coats I’ve tried. An unbeatable combination is Seche Vite over wet nails, then a coat of the Revlon once everything dries. Topping up with the Revlon every few days keeps my nails looking tidy and shiny. This is neither thin nor thick and it dries fairly quickly. It does self-level a bit, though not as much as Seche Vite. It is shiny and doesn’t bubble. The price is also pretty good and I like that its easy to find at drugstores. Would repurchase.

I love the professional shine it gives and the consistency; it doesn’t get too thick and gloopy like SH’s Instadri (which I loved but dried out within a couple of months). This does the job but doesn’t add very many days of wear.

This is my favorite topcoat. I used to get chipped nails easily because my job requires so much typing. With this top coat + the ORLY Bonder base coat, I go at least 4 days without chips — pretty good for me.
This is the first quick dry topcoat I’ve found that isn’t thick/goopy (therefore, it doesn’t bubble except with user error — at least in my experience). You just need one layer. In a minute it’s dry to light touches; in 10-30 minutes (depending on how many layers of color and how long you waited between layers of color) it’s fully dry. I did my nails yesterday and cooked dinner half an hour after I was done — no issues.
Definitely my HG topcoat!

I really like this topcoat. It doesn’t dry *instantly* (definitely not in the 60 seconds the bottle claims), but it’s much faster than ordinary polish, no more than 5 minutes for it to be pretty securely set. The consistency is nice and easy to apply, I’ve never had shrinkage issues, it’s got a great shine that doesn’t dull and my manicures usually last nearly a week without chipping. It does sometimes smear my nail art, but I’m still on the hunt for any top coat that doesn’t.

I really like this top coat……it helps with preventing chipping and flaking however it gives a high sheen finish which isn’t always what you want……the price is excellent at 6 pounds as it will last forever!…….
really stubborn to come off however….. bit of a pain…..

This does not dry fast at all. Within 20 minutes it is still not fully dry and it actually smudges your nail art. Would not buy again!

Lately I was looking for a cheaper alternative of my beloved Mavala Fast Drying Top Coat which I’ve been using for years and years. And this is really good.
It’s completely clear, adds shine and dries super fast. You get 8ml of product for 2.5 euros (instead of 10ml for 10 euros of my previous favourite)
The packaging isn’t that pretty and the brush is thin and feels quite plastic so I decant it in a clean OPI nail polish bottle. The glossy finish looks a bit more dull and doesn’t prevent chipping but would probably repurchase anyway.

I used this top coat on top of an Essie nail polish so I know any problems with it aren’t due to the coat underneath since Essie is great quality. Anyway, this top coat is so cheap here in New Zealand ($3) and does dry really, really fast (not in 60 seconds, more like in 2 minutes. After the two minutes you can use your hands almost as normal.) The brush is way too small but the formular is surprisingly really easy to use so you can definitely make it work. However, about 30 seconds after application the tips of my nails went really foggy and almost matte, which is something no nail polish has ever done to me before. It was only noticeable up close but it meant any photos of my nails wouldn’t look perfect😂 This was a deal-breaker for me as it made my mani look uneven and almost multi-colored. After 5 minutes though the fog just wiped off and hasn’t come back since. It wasn’t wiping off earlier though so I’m not sure what that was about. I’d still repurchase this though, even though the packaging isn’t very nice, but the actual nail polish is fantastic for the price, not considering it fogging up. But that might just of been a one-time-thing or something to with the room that I was painting my nails in? Not too sure but it was definitely in the actual polish and not sitting on top- so it wasn’t dust or anything😂 Overall, I would purchase it again but wouldn’t be willing to pay more than a few dollars for it.

Jordana polishes that I have tried have kept a good consistency for a long time, and that gave me confidence in giving their top coat a try. Even though it is my first top coat and I don’t have anything to compare it to, I think it does a good job at what I expect it to do:
– Dries the nail polish in 60 seconds
– Thin consistency and the brush has not picked up the nail polish (I wait for it to dry half-way)
– Provides a glossy finish
Few things that may be better:
– Second day: glossy finish dulls (no hard-shell nail shine, but that may be too much to ask for?)
– Second day: I am seeing minor chipping on a few nails on my dominant hand (not the strongest and long-lasting protection)
As others have said, this top coat is very affordable ($1.99) and keeps the nail job looking fresh for the first two days, but not much afterwards. Additionally, the glossy finish wears off by the next day, which is something I wish lasted longer. I think that I will reapply this top coat every day just to keep nails protected and shiny. For the price, it’s a great deal; just needs a little more daily upkeep than some more expensive top coats (I would imagine). I would repurchase!

I love all Jordana nail polishes!!!! This particular top coat goes on smoothly, actually dries quite quickly and creates a lovely, glossy finish. It’s very reasonably priced too! Other cheaper nail polishes get thick and gross really quickly, but in my experience, all Jordana nail polishes seem to be of a nice quality.

I was skeptical at first, but I have to say that I’m very impressed with this product. I’m on the impatient side and like my polish to dry as quickly as possible. This topcoat dried three layers of polish in a minute! Wow! I love the extra shine as it brings out the color even more and best of all, I haven’t noticed any chipping – not even on the tips of my nails after almost a week! The downside? I like to change my polish every couple of days. Jordana is my favorite brand because I can afford to splurge on a ton of great colors without feeling like I broke my bank account. However, since this topcoat works so well I’m reluctant to ruin my pretty manicure. The bottom line? This is definitely going to be my go to topcoat from now on. It works fast, makes my nails look great, and the results exceed the higher priced brands that I was used to buying before.

I bought this because Kmart was out of my usual SH quick dry top coat so I opted for something cheaper until I was able to find my normal brand again.
It’s not bad for the price, it gets the job done, but it does chip fairly quickly compared to most other top coats. This is good if you paint your nails a lot, an okay back-up topcoat, or you just don’t care.

my go-to quick dry top coat, since i go through so much of it. cheap and effective. i’ve been buying it for years.

i bought this as a cheap top coat so i don’t run out of my more HE ones so quickly (i’ve been using INM out the door) but this jordana chips so easily :/ it dries super fast and is very glossy and shiny afterwards but the chipping is a no no. also as another reviewer stated, it picks up the polish on the brush which is not desired. the only reason i said yes to repurchase is because i change my nails like i change my clothes so this will help me not to waste my more expensive topcoats on a 1-2 day mani!

For the past year or so, I’ve been unable to find my favorite drugstore quick-dry top coat by Nutra-Nail, ANYWHERE. I bought this L.A. Girl top coat at Rite-Aid on a whim, and it’s like being reunited with an old friend. This one works just like the Nutra-Nail top coat did, which is to say that it dries quickly, doesn’t bubble, peel or haze, has a deep shine and layers wonderfully if you, like me, like to reapply your top coat every other day or so. I recently used this over a favorite polish of mine, Revlon’s deep, dark Desire, and was able to go for TWO WEEKS, in WINTER, with just occasional touch-ups! That’s a record of mine; dark polishes rarely last that long for me, and never in winter, when cold dry air wreaks havoc on my hands.
I noticed the previous reviewer stated that her nail polish never set when she used this, but don’t let that discourage you if you’re simply looking for a great top coat. First, I don’t think this is a polish that dries wet polish beneath it; it’s just a good, old-fashioned, quick drying top coat. Second, anytime I’ve ever experienced that never-sets-or-hardens phenomenon with a quick-dry topcoat, it was usually the fault of the polish underneath — the polish was old, was thick, or was just a polish that takes forever to dry — or was my own fault for failing to let the polish underneath dry long enough before applying a top coat.

There is nothing “quick-dry” about this top coat. I put it on before work, thinking 10-15 minutes should be sufficient drying time. Off I go. 6 HOURS later I look down at my nails, and they’re all messed up. And not only are they all messed up, the polish is still soft enough to dent! Granted I used a lot of hand sanitizer throughout the day, but seriously. Thank goodness I got it on sale. Bottom line: don’t waste your money.

This is one of the best top coats I’ve tried. It dries very fast and I’m really pleased with how long it lasts. After a couple days I get really small chips around the tips of my nails, but that is super easy and quick to touch up. That is really my only complaint. With the quick touchups, this top coat helps my polish last at least 5 days. No joke! I’ve tried OPI and Seche Vite. While OPI was good at preservation, it was very soft and took a long time to dry. Seche Vite dried fast and looked so polished, but was awful at keeping my nails nice. Plus, it shrunk my polish and by the next day all the tips on every nail were showing. I don’t have any of those issues with this polish. With a thick layer, it looks just as polished as OPI with the benefit of drying super quick and hard. I don’t get those dents or knicks like I did with OPI. Great top coat for the price. I’m glad I randomly tried it.

Did two coats of essie nail polish, then revlon top coat, waited about 15 minutes and the nails were still wet, the whole thing was ruined!!Going back to Seche Vite!!! You get what you pay for!!!

This top coat dries almost immediately and is very shiny.
The brush is thin, and that makes it difficult to spread the polish evenly. For better application, I transferred the top coat to an empty Dior polish bottle, which has a perfect brush.

Does it give your polish a glassy look? Yes. Is it quick dry? Yes.
It’s a decent top coat. When I layer this Jordana on I have no problems with chipping, and it makes the roughest of paint jobs look perfectly glossy.
However, this is a terrible brush. The brush absorbs the color of the polish, even on polishes I let dry for 12+ hours before and ruins the clear coat. You could wipe the brush off with polish remover and a paper towel to get rid of the color stain before you put the brush back in the bottle, but it’s so much trouble. My top coat has a permanent red tint to it. I’m only keeping it to use with other reds and purples, but I definitely could not use it as a top coat with my other colors.

Jordana’s 99 cent polishes are hit and miss, but this Top Coat is definately worth having. It claims to dry the nail within 60 seconds and I find that just one coat of it provides shiny protection. Now, you get what you pay for and the protection doesn’t lasy – this will get your through the day (or night) and is great to protect touch ups in a hurry, but it doesn’t protect against chipping after 48 hours or so. Still, this is great to keep around in case of emergency and works well with any other polish – I’lll definately rebuy.
