I found this top coat to have a thick, gel-like consistency and it made my nails feel like they have a glass-like surface, shiny & very smooth. It’s not identified as a quick-dry top coat but within 10 minutes or so, my nail polish was dry to the touch if not completely hard, similar to how they feel with a top coat of Seche Vite, which is a quick-dry top coat. Really like this product even with its higher price point. Seems to work especially well with Chanel polishes.
