I have several holo topcoats and this is by far my favorite. The formula is great, the holo pops, and as another reviewer mentioned, there is no gray dullness to detract from the beauty of the base color.
I included a shot of the holo topcoat over OPI I’m So Swamped!! I then stamped over it with a disc. ILNP polish. I am terrible at taking pictures, but I hope the beauty of this polish shows anyway!

My new favorite nail polish. This was the color of the month at Sally Beauty Supply. When I saw one left I snatched it up. It was $4.99 (I don’t have a Sally’s card.)
I think you’re supposed to use this as a topcoat and I’m sure it’d be beautiful that way. But what I do is layer two coats on my nails. It gives off an opaque gray finish with plenty of intense, densely packed holographic shimmer particles. I’ve had it on for four days so far with no chipping whatsoever.
Sometimes with certain nail polish brands I have complaints. The brush is too thick/thin, or the formula is too goopy/runny, etc. Painting this on my nails was a breeze. I can’t come up with one thing I’d change about the packaging, color, or formula.
This is the answer to my holographic fingernail dreams (literally, I had a dream one time that my nails were painted with holographic polish and I’ve been hooked on the idea ever since.)
Best of all, FingerPaints (a brand that I understand to be exclusive to Sally’s) is cruelty-free. I am very impressed with the quality of this polish and will be back to pick up more.
