I’m not using this mist anymore as I’m dealing with a bad reaction from their Super Sensitive Face Foam. This mist is not helping my skin heal at this time. Will not use this product or any product from this skincare line anymore.

FYI: I have been using this mist along with their cleanser (Super Sensitive Face Foam), serum (Detox and Renew Serum) and moisturizer (Super Sensitive Skin Stuff).
I use this mist after washing my face and after applying my serum morning and night. It’s a toner/mist. Very refreshing and soothing. It is formulated with copper, silver, zinc and magnesium. Anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial. The mist is really fine. My skin looks hydrated and less inflamed, more balanced. It works well with the other products.
I have tried a bunch of toners (Mostly from Paula’s Choice) and they always made me breakout or are just too heavy or too drying on my skin. With this Face Food mist it’s lightweight and absorb fairly well into the skin. It doesn’t leave a residue and doesn’t feel heavy. No breakout at all, in fact, I believe it helps my occasional acne by reducing the inflammation. Skin is looking and feeling fresh and healthy. I will repurchase. Maybe a HG toner/mist. I will edit this review after a few more months of uses.
