This is a great toner. Its an exfoliating type toner rather than nourishing but it kind of seems to do both, cleanse the surface of the skin further after you have done your cleanse or double cleanse, depending on how much make up was on. It leaves the skin very clean but at the same time supple and not tight. I was really positively surprised by this product, toners have been something I have skipped in the past but with the k beauty revolution I have rediscovered these and boy they seem to be so much better now. Its really an excellent product, I liked it so much that when I ran out the travel size I bought an extra large replacement. Thumbs up from me.

Best toner ever! It’s astringent enough without being drying at all. It will not irritate my skin, even after retin-a use. I can still swipe this over the areas of my face that are flat out peeling with no discomfort. It feels amazing, smells nice and it will lift the final residue of make-up or dirt from you skin. I’m on my second bottle and I will definitely repurchase. Any product that I follow this up with absorbs great.

accidentally purchased the large bottle, spent the next year trying to finish it. would not purchase because I find this product a little overhyped. its a decent basic toner that is gentle. does a good job. not really sure it should be such a hyped product. moving onto other brightening toners after this if finished.

I have been incorporating more Korean skin care into my routine and this has had such a influential status that I had to try it! Previously, I used witch hazel as s toner which was not ideal for my oily dehydrated acne-prone skin. I used this after double cleansing but before the essence to prep and balance it for the goodies and serums to come.
There is hardly any scent and while much more expensive than witch hazel, the packaging and amount is thoughtful and lasts a while. I swipe it onto my face and fan it dry. Unlike western toners, my skin doesn’t feel tight or dry. I’ve also noticed that my product absorbs better and acne heals faster if I use this in conjunction with other treatments. I am currently using Klairs Supple Preparation toner just to see what else is out there but I think I will return to this…it is truly HG status for me.

Wow! This stuff is hands down worth it to the point where I can say it has holy grail status. You can use as a refresher or toner. I personally use it as a toner because its ph balanced 4.5 and doesn’t irritate skin. My skin is clean, hydrated, and supple afterwards. It doesn’t make me break out at all and I can go without using a moisturizer after using this stuff (granted my skin is combination as everything I use these days is ph balanced). I received it as a sample and was hesitant to use it at first because I was happy with using Paula’s Choice Skin Balancing Toner. However, after using this stuff once I was sold. I’ve bought it several time since and its replaced the Paula’s Choice product. I like the amount of product you get for $30.
Note 2: I immediately will stop using a product if I notice its drying out my acne prone skin. Its tough finding the right combination that will treat acne and not dry out the skin nor irritate it.

Packaging:
Large, plastic bottle that looks very luxurious! Looks wonderful on my bathroom shelf.
Price:
Purchased from YesStyle for roughly £19 for 340ml. For a toner I thought this was a bit pricy but before this, I used the Kiehl’s Calendula Toner (which was £35 for 250ml) so off the bat, based on the price per mil, this is a much better deal.
Performance:
I’m always hesitant to purchase things online, but I’ve been really getting into K-Beauty and saw amazing reviews for this and took the plunge. I’ve got to say, I can understand why this is a cult favourite!! I’ve been using the Beauty Water twice a day for about a month and my skin’s gotten firmer and brighter. In addition, it removes anything I didn’t catch whilst double cleansing, and it gently exfoliates and preps my skin for all my subsequent skincare, and I can definitely see my skin soaks in my essence in a lot easier.
Overall:
Fantastic product and I think it’s definitely worth the amount you pay. Before this I didn’t think toner could make such a difference in my skin!

I use this mostly as a morning refresher and to remove makeup when I’m not using a balm cleanser. Very inoffensive and multi-use. Doesn’t leave a residue.

This is toner had a cult following in Korea. It is a toner/cleanser that moisturizes as well. I use it as a toner, after all my cleansing and before my essence and ampoule.
It is extremely gentle on my dry and sensitive skin. My face does not feel tight or dry after using this product. This product along with my other skincare regimen has made my skin clearer and softer than its ever been. It really don’t have much of a scent. I would describe it as clean. It is a clear liquid and has the consistency of water.
You also get a generous 300 ml for roughly 25 – 30 USD.

Love the scent and the effect on my skin. Keep my pores clear, and doesn’t irritate my skin.
My skin type is oily, and I have redness from acne scarring on my cheeks and for head. I use this in the morning to freshen my skin before my am serum, and at night after exfoliating or washing.
Will repurchase, cause I like it and know it works.

Rating is 3.75 … not ‘average’ but not remarkable enough to purchase again.
I love toners and micellaire water; it’s a great way to cleanse the skin throughout the day without the need for a sink. I live in a city with lots of pollution so once I get home from work, I don’t exactly ‘want’ to wash my face that minute but still need to remove excess sweat, oil, and dirt from my pores. So when I heard that this was a cult beauty product I picked up the small size (1 oz.) and started incorporating it into my skin care routine by pouring a few drops onto a cotton pad and rubbing it all over my face.
It smells really good and I like how it removes the dirt and gunk from my skin. It makes my face feel really soft and moisturized as well. I haven’t broken out from this product but my skin is generally non-reactive to most things even if it has exfoliating acids/ingredients in it. The pH is low and optimal for layering other skin actives like Vitamin C.
My issue is that it doesn’t really help my skin from forming closed comedones/clogged pores/whiteheads. For the price I expect it to, because there are many other good alternatives I am interested in trying.
However it seems like many folks enjoy it so I do recommend others to try it out as I found it quite pleasant.

This is supposed to do a lot of things… including tone your skin. Honestly I don’t know if it did anything. My pores still seemed to be clogged by moisturizer or retinoids that I assumed toning would prevent.
