This product is a little bit confusing in the fact that it doesn’t totally explain what it is. I would consider this to be a “highlighter” or a glowy lotion (similar to, but better than, Jergens) It looks really pretty light luminous gold lotion that looks great mixed in with foundation, dabbed on the cheekbones with a brush, or even on the decollete. I have tried it as a primer and it doesn’t really do much as a primer, other than perhaps give my foundation a sheerer, slightly more glowy look.
I love that this pale liquid gives me a super natural lit from within glowy look. I prefer it to some of the more outstanding highlights which are preferable for parties, or more dramatic makeup looks. I also love the liquid formula as I find it blends out easier on dryer skin. On my fair skin, the soft golden shade is a match. The formula is liquidy, so be careful upon squeezing the tube, but the as long as you are careful it is easy to work with.
My only complaint would be that it smells a little bit odd. I heard emilynoel83 compare the smell to “corn chips” which I agree with. Sweet and salty? It doesn’t exactly turn me off, as I prefer it to a chemical smell, but it is a little weird.
