This is one of the cheapest sunscreens if you buy it in Japan. I like how comfortable it feels on the skin and how it’s also water-resistant and safe on my pimple-prone skin. However, I won’t be repurchasing due to my current skin profile.
Below is a list of its pros and cons based on my experience using the pink tube (scented version):
What’s Great?
1. Lovely “Aqua Floral” Scent
2. Richer Than A Gel, But Still Lightweight
3. Feels And Looks Like Bare Skin
4. No White Cast
5. Safe On My Pimple-Prone Skin
6. High UV Protection
7. It’s Very Cheap In Japan!
8. Resistance Against Sweat And Water
9. Free Of Colouring And Mineral Oil
What’s Bad?
1. May Not Suit Those With Dry Skin

As far as broad spectrum light skin feel cheap sunscreen goes, this is one of the best ones available. One of my favorite bloggers mywomenstuff liked how long lasting the uv protection feels on her face so I purchased it, unlike Biore and the cheap Shiseido Senka. I got it for around 10 USD for 80g outside the US.
Application
.Looks like a cream but spreads into an oil free watery gel
.Feels invisible on face though when you touch your face, you can feel a film. Not a problem for me.
.One fingerlength’s worth of sunscreen on my face gives a transparent look with no white cast. It is semi matte and dewy.
.Works decently as a base for makeup. I don’t wear heavy makeup though, only a bb cream.
.When I put it too close to my eyes, I feel a slight alcohol sting in my eyes that quickly fades away.
.It feels lightly moisturizing on my bare arm. It doesn”t dry out my moisturized face and even feels cooling and soothing even though it contains alcohol.
This might just be the best sunscreen in this universe (lol but seriously) for this price range.

I’ve just repurchased a bottle of this. I tried this after my Bioré watery gel ran out. Its not as runny as the bioré one but it’s very lightweight as well. It doesn’t automatically dry down so you have to give it a few minutes. However, there’s no white cast not even on my dark skin. The smell is fine and it didn’t seem to mess up my makeup. I buy mine via amazon or ebay
Great value for money

Good stuff! Dries to a semi-matte finish. Perfect for oilier skin types. Very fluid. Value for money. Just a very great product.

Order 5 off Amazon (100 WAYS Ship from Japan/took a week to ship, and arrived 2 weeks later). Everything came in perfect condition, but inside the box that it was shipped in, the only insulation was paper. Not perfect shipping, but nothing was damaged, so I can’t complain.
Unscented, with 3 different UV Filters (Octinoxate, Uvinul A Plus & Tinosorb S), the product is really amazing. Lightweight, decent resistance to water/sweat, dries to a smooth feel with minimal tackiness. Comes in an 80g (2.6oz) tube, which is 1.5x the size of most Japanese sunscreens, super portable (cap comes off a little too easy though, so yeah). Much better than western sunscreens in terms of skin feel & UV protection.
Haven’t used it with makeup so can’t comment on that.
