I use this as my daytime moisturiser. I have Rosacea so a high spf everyday is important (even in the uk). It is a little greasy but is fine under makeup, and the tint is a surprisingly good match for my skin.

My skin: Combo-oily, sensitive (among others, my skin takes the habit of breaking out in hives when it doesn’t like something I eat or put on my skin), SD/PD-prone. OSPW. Fitzpatrick IV. Freckles and PIH from hives.
The colour is surprisingly a perfect match to my skin in summer (NC35-40) and it gives me great coverage, eradicating the need of tinted moisturizer or bb cream.
But other than that, I don’t have too many good things to say about the ss. It stays greasy and shiny, although it lessens a bit as the day goes on, which is not much of a use when you wear it in summer heat and have to reapply constantly. I always have to blot with at least 2 paper napkins, but it doesn’t help much. When I wear it in warmer days, it makes my sunglasses keep sliding off my nose.
Last summer (2014), it started to make my face stings, red, itchy and breaking out in hives whenever I went out in the sun wearing this ss.
The search for the perfect ss continues….

My skin : oily, acne-prone and sensitive. It’s very hard to find a good sunscreen with spf50+, because most of them look to oily, have alcohol or sting my eyes bad.
Finally, I found the perfect combination : Bioderma ABCderm Solaire + Bioderma Photoderm Ultra-Fluid Tinted spf50+.
Bioderma ABCderm Solaire
– only sunscreen that keeps the skin matte ALL DAY
– leaves an awful white cast
– can be a little bit drying, so I use a light moisturizer before
– can be hard to apply and sticky for about 20min until it sets
Photoderm Ultra-Fluid Tinted spf50+
– too dark shades for me
– looks a little shiny for my oily skin
BUT the mix between these too is perfect!
– tinted suncreen(pretty good coverage, i don’t use anything else over it in the summer) , you can create the perfect shade for your skin
– keeps the skin matte all day, and I mean ALL DAY
– doesn’t sting my sensitive eyes at all
– no clogged pores or break-outs for me (some acne-prone people may have problems with the mineral sunscreen, but me not)
