This is pricey, but I keep going back to it because every other product either breaks me out, leaves a white cast, or emphasizes fine lines because of a shiny film. This does neither. It just protects.
Very easy to apply, works great under makeup but I found its also kind of mattifying so if I’m not going to work I frequently use this on its own with no makeup. I can see myself using this on my holidays playing in the pool with my kid wearing maybe just a bit of waterproof mascara 🙂
The only drawback is the price tag, but since I’ve started noticing fine lines on my forehead whenever I’ve gone in the sun with a cheaper product, I will probably splurge on this whenever I can.

I am quite happy with this 100% mineral filters sunscreen! It is not too greasy on my oily skin, doesn’t break me out and doesn’t leave any white cast, it is beige tinted but doesn’t color my face and i am an nc 30/35. I don’t suntan so cannot say if it really protects or not but i wear sunscreen 365 days a year and would definitely repurchase this one.

I have very oily and very sensitive allergic skin .
This product is really worked for me and it is most effective one that I can find on the market . It does not leave oily finish . Thanks to its tinted formula it corrects uneven skin tone . Perfect for the summer

This is an amazing sunscreen I use it almost everyday before stepping out.. Its not greasy.. doesn’t irritate my skin.. I like the tint that it leaves behind after application.. It does offer good sun protection but i had to reapply it after abt 2-3 hrs but that goes for most sunscreens..
Overall I really like this product though its a bit costly.. I will be repurchasing it till I’m bored of using this one or until I find something better..

I buy the “sheer tint” version. This is by far the best sunscreen I have ever used. The sunscreen acts as moisturiser, sunscreen, and makeup base (when necessary) for me. It’s quite moisturising, while being light and non-sticky at the same time. A couple of minutes after application, it gives my skin a nice glow and brightens it up. There is no real coverage so it doesn’t look like makeup, but it certainly evens out an uneven skin tone. I think it works very well as a makeup base too, whether for foundation, powder, blush, or bronzer. I have used it both when my skin has been dry and when it has been oily, and it has worked well in both cases. Because of the efficient packaging, there is almost no wastage of product, which is a good thing because this product is pretty expensive. I love everything about this product – from texture to pigmentation and its effect on my skin. I only wish it could be a bit cheaper. Having said that, i think it’s worth splurging on this.

i live in asia, so the review is for asian version.
i love it, because it’s light, non-sticky, no irritation and no breakout on my face, that’s what my skin needs as i have a combination-oily, sensitive and acne prone skin.
i use it daily in the morning, as long as i shake it well before i apply it with just small amount, it can cover my face from sunburn. although i don’t work under the sun all day, but i go to the office everyday under the sun exposure for about 15-20 minutes in dry and hot weather, so sunscreen is a “must item” on my face.
it also blends perfectly with makeup, but it doesn’t brighten my skin thou’ (on their website said it can brighten your skin).. well i don’t care about it, i already grateful that i found the sunscreen with no breakout, no irritation and no sticky.

from Africa. The version I bought (all they had) is tinted, I don’t like that it’s tinted, makes washing my face more troublesome , it’s like I have to remove make up first. But I bought it to go with the dark spot corrector etc etc. second of all, I have a phobia of sunscreens that will sting my eyes and this stings my eyes, I don’t have sensitive eyes mind you. For this reason I will not easily buy it again. The texture is nice and light though. But if you compare this with the Clarins spf 40, which comes untinted, and doesn’t sting, scent is good, texture is very light…imo Clarins is a better option.

This review is for the Asian version.
I measure out 1/4 teaspoon, which dispenses very easily as the formula is quite runny and the packaging is very efficient. Make sure to shake the bottle as it contains a little widget to mix it up, lest it separate and not be as effective. This is the recommended amount to apply to face and neck to achieve the advertised protection rating – a very admirable UVB (burning rays) protection of 45, and excellent UVA (melanin producing /darkening rays) protection of 4, which is the highest Asian UVA rating and what I look for in my sunscreens to help treat melasma.
I apply this all over my face in 2 layers as it’s a lot of product and doesn’t sink in nicely if I slap it all on at once. It also leaves a very noticeable white cast at first, but for me it takes about 5-7 minutes to completely absorb and the white cast dissipates. Although this really annoyed me at first I’ve come to see it as a positive thing as it allows me to identify any spots I’ve missed a good application. Once absorbed it’s non-greasy and doesn’t mess with makeup applied on top.
This is my go to on my frequent travels as the 30ml package is very compact and sturdy, with the lid design being secure. Although I buy it duty free it’s still pricey for a sunscreen, especially in the Asian market. My only real problem with it is I have very dry skin and don’t find it as moisturising (it doesn’t claim to be hydrating though) as many others I’ve tried, and when used frequently I get little bumps around my hairline. It’s only minor irritation but I’d prefer it not do that, especially as I’m not very sensitive but perhaps there’s an ingredient that disagrees with my skin with daily use. No problems with occasional use though so I think it’s a very good sunscreen and even though I’m trying other brands I recommend you give it a try.

I would like to clarify that there are two versions of this sunscreen on the market, one for the European market and one for the Asian market. The European version mostly only contains Titanium Dioxide and no Zinc Oxide, for this reason it doesn’t offer a broad spectrum protection despite SPF 45. The Asian version contains both and offers the highest UVA protection. You can recognise the Asian version because on the package and on the tube there is the SPF 45/PA++++ labeling (see the picture uploaded) while the European has only SPF 45. I would recommend to check on the package if zinc oxide is mentioned in the first two lines of the ingredient list before buying.
Anyway, I have the sheer version (white) and this version seems to be thicker than the sheer tinted one, which is quite runny. It seems to give a white-purple cast on the skin which disappears soon after it is absorbed into the skin leaving a beautiful glow.
It is very creamy and nicely moisturizing, perfect for normal or combination skins. It is perfect in summer – or if you live in sunny places, AND are exposed to drying air conditioning. Dry skins will need a moisturizer underneath while oily skins, or if you live in very hot humid weather, may have some problems with shine and even melting foundation.
I like it a lot with long lasting foundation and Nars Light Reflecting powder on the top. This way I only need to blot my T-zone once at mid day.
I’m not sure though how reliable the UVA protection is, as the content of zinc oxide seems relatively low and I have never used it for long time in the full sun.

Such a beautiful sunscreen. The packaging has an easy to use tip that dispenses the product carefully- which is good because it’s pretty expensive. The lotion is a light tan colour and when applied to the face has no tint. It has slight sheerness to it, but it’s not shiny. It’s a dream to wear under make up. If you have dry skin, you’ll probably need a moisturiser under this. I cannot attest to the brown spot reduction properties- it certainly protects the skin from sun damage but it dosn’t seem to lighten spots. I love this product but because you get so little for your money it’s definitely a “treat” purchase.
