I felt like this product really protected my skin… it feels light, and non- greasy yet “protective” if that makes any sense. It was great under makeup, did not pill or ball up. It does leave a slight white tint to skin but i can just about wear it undetected as i am very fair. I think it would be a problem for darker skin tones… according to packaging, it does not break down during the day, which i felt was a big plus.

My aesthetician recommended this to me as a daily sunscreen that would not cause me to break out that had a high SPF.
It’s true that I haven’t had increased breakouts since using this product. But, this is not my HG facial sunscreen for a few reasons.
First, this product definitely has the ‘white sunscreen’ issues. Even after carefully rubbing it in, and especially if i have any flakiness, I can see the white undertones.
Second, my skin feels and looks greasy after applying. This is fine if I’m at the beach, but in my daily life I don’t want to look like I’m wearing sunscreen all the time.
Third, it smells like sunscreen.
