I love this oil. I use it on my body and face as a final part of my skin routine to lock in the moisture and it doesn’t clog my pores.

I have great preference on The Body Shop (TBS) products, especially the beautifying oil range. I am very impressed by this product when it first launches in the market together with other Wild Argan Oil line product. It can be use on skin, face, hair or body which means it is multipurpose and basically you can use it on your whole body, from head to toe.
The price is rather average, not cheap but rather a bit expensive. I tried the tester when I was in TBS Singapore and the scent did not really please me, it smelt like aerosol mosquitoes spray + nutty scent to be honest. Nothing of any ordinary fragrance or perfume-y which stopped me from purchase it. After many months, I was online shopping and saw this product again and finally decided to give it a try. The main purpose I bought it is to use it as a hair oil to tame frizz and moisturising my dry ends. I have tried and error for many times and found out that it does not really tame frizz, but somehow reactive them even after blowdrying or flat ironing. Beware that a few spritz will definitely make your hair very oil and it will look like oil slick and take forever to dry. Never spray it directly to your hair as that patch which you spray on, will be a horrible disaster. Spray one time each on your palm, rub your palm together to heat it up abit before you apply it to your hair. Its performance as a hair oil makes me very unhappy and there comes a thinking of using it as a makeup remover.
Now that I have finished up the whole bottle and I must say, it works better (so much better) as a makeup remover to remove waterproof mascara, eyeliner, face powder, BB cream, sun shield – whatever you have on your face. Just a few sprays and it cleanses up all the makeup and left no residue. After wiping off the makeup with this oil, I will usually massage my face, especially eyes areas and my forehead where there are wrinkles. I will wipe it off with tissue before I wash my face and the excess oil that makes your face oily can be easily wipe off. You will know that when you wash your face, it foams alot. With excess oil on face, it is difficult to create foam and you might end up rewash your face for a few times. But this does not make your life difficult.
As a result, after a few months, I notice that the wrinkles on my forehead (I call it train/railway tracks because it gets worse when I raise my eyebrows or make some face expressions) fade so much. The wrinkles become less obvious and finer! I never thought that this oil can lighten/improve my face expression wrinkles in just a few months’ time and I am so impressed by it. It does not work as a hair oil but it works perfectly as a skin moisturiser/massage oil and makeup remover. This is something out of my expectation. One more important point, it does not cause any breakout on my face or sensitivity (burnt, redness, swelling, itchiness or tightness). I would say this is a very mild product for face, and this could be the reason why it cannot tame frizziness on hair.
I will not repurchase this oil because of the price and there are many other flavours of TBS beautifying oil that I have yet to try out. It is overall a good product for skin and maybe it works well for dry spots on hands, arms or legs to avoid them being flaky or razor burns. But just a kind reminder that, my spray bottle does not really work as I have to press it a few times to spray out the oil but strange enough, sometimes just one press, it will spray. Faulty packaging on the spray I suppose and the the cover/cap does not close tightly, it is very loose that it drops and basically the cover/cap just sits on top of the spray and it does not close at all, what more to say to prevent leakage or to bring the whole bottle for travelling.

I tried it in store and the “shine” it gave me was greasy for my hair. I sprayed one time to my palm, rubbed together and spread it evenly on the mid length to the ends where my hair prone to frizz. I need something quite heavy yet not greasy. Still looking for my HG

I love this hair oil! I only spray this twice after a shower (once underneath the hair, once on top) and then brush it through. Any more and hair gets a little oily. But keep it to 1-2 sprays and hair feels soft, light and conditioned for a few days! So nice..smells good too 🙂

I use 1 to 2 spritz for my hair every morning. My hair looks so healthy these days! I use it as hair styling and conditioning as this is too wasted to be used on my body (I’m using TBS Argan lotion anyway). I’m able to use this during summer (1 spritz) and winter (2 to 3 spritz) and it’s all good.
After using this for a year and in my second bottle, I really think this is one of the main thing that helps my damaged hair to become so healthy now. Also I’ve stopped colouring my hair (that’s how damaged it was, btw).
This should be my hair HG for a long time!
Note: Something about argan oil being spritz and in a dropper. I was travelling and put this argan oil a dropper and the effect was not the same. Even though just as moisturising, My hair felt really oily. So I do recommend bringing the whole spritz bottle when travelling.
