This is amazing.
This review is preaching to the choir, but really get this!
My hair is super flat and love the volume it gives me. I make the mistake of applying too much my first time, but wasn’t that big of a deal. This stuff lasts so long and still felt it in my hair after 2 days. (I usually wash my hair every 2-3 days) It does wash down a little sticky, but don’t all hair products?
Anyway, I’m ready to throw out my hairspray for this. Cute packaging and fantastic product all around! This is one of those gems that you can find at Sally’s for really inexpensive.

I really liked this Volume powder.
It provides lots of volume, fullness and a slight matte finish. I wasn’t too happy with the top of the dispenser. The top didnt twist so I had to make small holes with a safety pin. It worked and was more convenient than returning it back to Sally’s.
Lastly, the powder seems really chunky, you can actually see it in the air when applying to roots, looks like dust however I do not mind, its a solid volume powder, a definite must to try if you want big hair. The packaging is cute too if you want to leave it on your vanity.
This has lasted me about (8) months now, a little goes a long way.
Sally’s $10.

I purchased this from Sally’s because I was doing a faux hawk for Halloween and because my hair is so long I needed something to give my hair a lot of volume. This stuff is amazing the chunk of hair that I keep seperate to make the faux hawk was volumtastic! I take a small piece of hair and I sprinkle some powder then i back comb my hair. i do this section by section until I have almost 3 inches of volume! Then I mold it with a ton of hairspray. Whats amazing about this powder is you barely need to back comb to get the volume. It almost makes my hair feel like cotton candy. My faux hawk lasted all night into the next day when I washed it. So it lasts which is awesome.
You only need a small amount and you can use your hands you don’t have to apply it directly to the hair. You can work it in. When I straighten my hair I use this in my side bangs to get some volume and life back into my hair. It shampoo’s out no problem and I use sulphate free shampoo and conditioner. This stuff though will give you the volume you want. It also can be rejuvinated by using your finders and kinda scruntching where you put the powder. This is one of those hidden gems at Sally’s. I have used other brands but for me this one works best on my long hair. If you’re in Sally’s seriously try this you will not be disapointed.:) Recommended!

I am a hair stylist and a big fan of volume. This is the 3rd texturizing powder that I have used. I must say, it performs well for the price!
The cost is about half as much as other texturizing powders and the packing is adorable.
My only complaint is that the container is kind of big so it can take some getting used to when you are trying to control where the sprinkle goes. But I like volume all over, so I’ll take it!
