Fantastic product. I’ve always had a pot on standby ever since I was 16 and the hairdresser used this after I braved my first ever choppy bob. My hair is very fine and flyaway, and every other hair wax I have used has left it sticky, heavy and unpleasant to touch. This weighs down the wisps just enough, gives the right amount of texture, and I would say that my ends are probably softer after using this! Also the smell is really nice and the pot lasts for ages, I think I’ve probably replaced it once in the past 10 years. Can’t fault it!

I bought this on sale at Ulta for ten bucks. It smells wonderfully fruity, very little is needed, and it gives a boost to some of the flat areas of my hair where the curls droop so that everything looks consistent. It gives great shine and definition to the other areas as well. It does rinse out well and doesn’t leave a tacky feeling in my hair. I just take a bit and emulsify it between my palms, then scrunch into the parts I want extra texture. Great for lazy days when I don’t feel like using too many styling products. I would definitely buy this again.

This is a wonderful texturizing product. It smells fantastic, smooths my hair and also gives it much-needed texture. It will also last a while as long as you don’t use tons of it with each application. I hate that TiGi products are so expensive but I really think most of them are worth the money.

I love the smell, which is not too sweet as Tigi products usually are. It makes my short wavy hair looks amazing (bob cut).
The problem with this product is that every time I use it, my hair looks ruined. I don’t use quite often, only on special ocasions, and after washing my hair, it looks dry and ruined specially on the ends.
I don’t see anyone else talking about this, so I have doubts about my own observation, but… I’m afraid this is what happens. Too bad for me, because I love this paste.

This is a great molding creme, I use it in addition to BedHead Manipulator or curl creme. I got it mostly to get my bangs under control lol, but the stylist suggested that I use any excess on the rest of my curls to fight frizzies. It works wonderfully for that, basically smooths the surface to keep my ringlets intact, curly but not frizzy. Great product, works well and you only need a teeny tiny bit, I dab two fingertips in then rub between my hands and distribute. It also smells great 🙂

Thanks, guys! – I bought this based on the reviews, when I had to switch my hairstyling routine after getting a new haircut – almost shoulder length, very layered. I’d had long hair for almost 10 years and now I’m eager to have fun and play it up. As much as I love the messy, edgy look, I still have to comply with the office aesthetics, but his makes a nice compromise – I use just a bit to add texture and volume and a teeny tiny bit of edginess and am happy to use more after the day at the office to mess up my hair. The hold is medium, and since my hair is not that short I have to use a stronger paste to create more craziness on my head.

Weights my hair down and makes it greasy, no matter how much or little I use it. Doesn’t give me eny hold at all! I was so disapointed when I first time tried this, because all the exellent reviews here…

I’m giving this a 5. I’ve got short hair and a lot of thin layers. I just use a pea size amount of this and rub between my palms before running my fingers through my hair. It is easy to achieve the ‘piecey’ look with this by pinching some of the thin layers and also ruffling the back of my hair hair with this to get a messy do. Really interesting product. Unlike L’oreal Playball Deviation Paste, which can’t hold a style for more than an hour, Hard to Get gives lasting hold. What I really like about it is that it doesn’t weigh down my hair, gives a matte feel and makes my highlights stand out. I’m not sure what it does for longer styles but if you’ve got below chin-length hair and love edgy looks, THIS is for you!
