   I wear ponytails a lot so this is a necessity for me. It keeps my baby hairs down and gives me that sleek clean look. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who uses hair gel. Hair gel will leave your hair hard and stiff, but this stuff will do the complete opposite. It also doesn’t “flake” like hair gel does. Rub a small amount of the product on the palm of your hand then rub your hands together to make sure there aren’t any clumps of it. Then simply apply where needed. A little goes a long way. If you use too much, your hair will look very greasy.

   I have been on the hunt for a paraben-free product that provides hold without stiffness because hairspray leaves me with a crunchy helmet-head regardless of how “flexible” it claims to be. I also find the alcohol in hairspray is irritating to my skin so I’ve been trying to avoid using it.

   I apply this wax to my bangs and curled ends after I’ve completed styling my hair. It’s very simple to use–just warm a little between your fingertips, run it through your hair, and shape as desired. A little goes a long way. Too much will make hair heavy and limp. It does a great job of keeping my bangs in place without stiffness and it also helps to keep volume in my crown. If my hair starts to flatten or fall, I just run my fingers through it or flip my head over to instantly add some lift and shape.

   I hesitated to buy this at first because I was afraid that it would be too stiff or appear too waxy, but the result is very natural looking. My hair is a couple of inches below my shoulders and this gives me both texture and control. I also sometimes use this on my eyebrows to keep the hairs in place. Plus, it’s reasonably priced at about $6 at Sally’s.

   I finally finally finally found something to tame my curly frizzy edges.To all my AA chicas please please please get this instead of gel.you just dont know what your missing.i apply this straight from the tube.to my edges and the great thing is that after 5 hours it is still the same.hell even after 3 days it is still the same.i wrap my edges at night.but omg i went to a very popular AA advise website and people recommend IC fantasia gel.hell no i used that and my hair reverted back into waves.and sistas when you flat iron your hair and to see that your edges are curly!idk about you but i was always pissed!straight hair with waves in the front it looked like i had bad weave,=)but then i went to longhaircare.and other AA chicas recommend stiff head so i went to buy it and OMG HG FOREVER!this little tube will last me a long long long time because i only use this for edges.so yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yesx50 i def recommend this product.=)

   i have the worst flyaways ever! this makes them go down and stay down! i like the smell and it makes my thin flat hair look like it has much more texture!

   will deff buy again!

   Love this stuff!! I have super long and thick hair, and I use this to tame fly aways when I have to wear my hair back. I also use it to keep my bangs in place, and a little goes a long way. I go through about one stick every 2 years so it’s well worth the price, love it.

   i was looking for a wax that doesnt feel sticky or goopy and that can tame my baby hair or broken bleach pieces…i cant afford to buy joico’s wax right now but im happy with this! lightweight and it doesnt make my hair crunchy either…

   I’ve tried many, many different hair waxes, putties, pomades and gels over the years, trying to get that perfect ‘textured’ look. I wanted a product that would give my hair some ‘oomph’ and texture, body and volume. Most of those other products just made my hair stiff, sticky, greasy and flat. But not this one, no! It gives my hair just the right amount of body, smooths down the flyaways, and doesn’t leave it flat or limp. I rub a small amount between my hair after styling, and run it through. I also like to rub a bit into the roots on top for extra lift. As mentioned in the previous reviews, it comes in a push-up tube, and since a little goes a long way, the tube will last a very long time.

   I purchased this at Sally’s cuz there was a buy 2 get 1 free sale on Beyond The Zone products.

   So of course I got 2 Noodleheads… and this stick caught my eye.

   I have naturally curly and coarse hair and flat iron it straight. This stuff keeps my edges and my part smooth ALL DAY LONG… even in this humid 90 degree week we’ve been having.

   It smells so good…and there is a lot of product in the tube.

   This is a wax stick, similar to Bed Head’s A Hair Stick for Cool People. But you get a whooping three ounces for six bucks.

   Packaging is pretty ergonomic; you raise the wax by pressing on the bottom. There is also an indentation that allows you to press a finger to secure the product while gripping the outter can.

   I have coarse dark hair and a short hair cut. I raise sections of my hair and press the wax only around the roots. This way I can style my hair without making my hair too heavy. I use gel or something lighter on the tips.

   Although it doesn’t hold all day, the wax does let you run your fingers in to reset it. I don’t mind doing this, as this isn’t meant to freeze your hair in place.

   Inexpensive and effective. Also washes right out.
