This smells like strawberry smoothie. It has tiny flecks of glitter that transfer onto hair. Its actually really small and isnt those chunky glitter thats noticeable unless you really really look at your hair. It makes my hair smooth and silky. I use it in conjunction with bed head ego boost leave in before i blow dry after i wash my hair. Love this stuff. I got it on sale for 11 dollars for 2 on amazon! Tj maxx might carry these cheap too. Do not buy retail for over 20! Thats insane pricing. Anyways id repurchase. I love how this makes my hair feels and looks so shiney and healthy. This does not weigh hair down and it makes it feel soft to the touch. I have asian med thickness long semi wavy dark brown hair.
edit- I still enjoy using this but sometimes it stills like strawberry smoothie that has gone bad! lol wont be repurchasing, but still love the little shimmers!

I purchased this to use as a leave-in/smoothing serum to help keep tangles at bay. I’ve used it in combination with the S factor Serious s/c and so far it’s been incredible at keeping my hair smooth. For reference, I normally wash my hair daily partially because I work in a hospital and I feel gross and partially because my hair gets so tangled and limp at the end of the day that I want to revive it. In the shower with the s/c I am able to completely detangle my hair, and then I run a few pea-sized drops of this through my wet hair and either braid it or put it in a bun to sleep. The next day my hair is smooth, with natural slightly wavy texture (most serums make my hair flat), and stays that way ALL DAY. AND THE NEXT DAY. I’ve seriously been able to get to day 3 on a single hair wash since I started using these Tigi products. It’s wonderful.
My only qualms are the price, but luckily Amazon pulls through with cheaper options, and the bottle shape. I wish the bottle was shorter so I didn’t have to leave it on my bathroom vanity, but that’s a ~vanity~ problem.
I’d like to note that I chose to try these products because of the lack of heavy oils, dimethicone, and proteins. I have a theory that my house’s hard water + my grown out virgin hair don’t like to be coated in heavy things and don’t play nice with a lot of ingredients.

I used to have this product about 5 years ago, and recently I remembered it and straight away ordered it online. I have very frizzy, dry wavy hair which is currently kept in check with argan and coconut oils mainly. Once this arrived I applied it straight onto my dry hair and saw that it had immediately de-frizzed my hair and also defined my waves without them looking ‘crunchy’ or greasy. Later on, I did my normal hair routine and applied this product to my damp hair which I let air dry. Unfortunately, I saw little to no difference once my hair had dried – so this product (for me) was more effective used on dry hair. The product itself is a white pearlescent cream, so make sure you rub it in between your hands before applying it or you may get white streaks! This has an extremely distinctive smell, out of the bottle it has an artificial strawberry scent, but when applied to the hair it is not as nice. All in all, this product is not hugely impressive for the pricetag.

I bought this for my fine, dry hair which frizzes easily in the hope that it would smooth my hair and help it stay that way. I normally go for sprays rather than creams, so was intrigued to try this cream.
The smell is amazing, and the cream is a pearly white shimmery cream so I was really excited to try it.
I do think it made my hair smell lovely and added a hint of shine, but as for smoothing it – it didn’t last long. The smoothness lasted until I stepped outside and the wind got to my hair, then as usual my hair looked a mess. To be honest this is probably because my hair just cannot stay smooth and tangle free, so may be better for other hair types other than fine hair.
The price is very high for what it is, and the packaging is a bit useless as the cap broke off within a few uses.
Probably won’t buy again as it’s just not good enough on my fine hair.

I really like this product. I always go back to it.
I have tried loads and I mean loads of products for my highly highlighted hair but this by far does what it says it will do!
Totally recommend 😀

I do not understand how this smelly gunk has earned an MUA 4.2 rating! It’s overpriced crap that didn’t add any “luster” to my hair whatsoever. I applied on damp hair and proceeded with my normal blow dry and my hair felt dry and looked frazzled after. The smell is also really unappealing. It went right back as a return to Ulta.

BEWARE OF THE SMELL. I bought this because I wanted my hair to be smooth and shiny, and this stuff really delievers, no doubt about that – but seriously, how can people say that it smells good, delicious, amazing and so on? It smells awful! I love hair products that smells like candy, fruits and anything lovely, but this is just way over the top. I don’t even know how to describe the smell. It somehow smells like strawberries, but strawberries usually smells good – this lotion doesn’t. I don’t reach for this product as often because of the nauseous smell. LUCKILY, the smell doesn’t last when applied in wet hair. If I leave in the product over night it won’t smell in the morning, which is a good thing – but still, it smells disgusting.
Other than that, it makes my hair look super shiny and it also makes it feel extremely soft and smooth. It doesn’t tame frizz, but that’s not a big deal to me. My hair is fine and curly, and I find this being too heavy if I use too much product, so be careful if your hair is really fine. And by the way, it contains glitter or something like that. Your hands will sparkle like a disco globe after you’ve applied it to your hair, make sure you wash your hands! 😉

This is truly one product that performs and does what it claims. It tames my natural curl and frizz and is best used on clean, towel dried damp hair prior to blow drying. The only negative is I need body and hold (not volume). No doubt this product would work in combination with a good quality gel or mouse for control and hold. Need to shampoo after two days.
Another gimicky packaging from TIGI, but I love this product so I’ll overlook.

This gives transforms my dyed ginger hair from dull and matte to incredibly glossy, healthy-looking and easy to manipulate. The matte look doesn’t really work for gingers, so shine is a must and this product really delivers. Basically, it deposits a bunch of tiny pearlescent sparkles into your hair, which immediately stop looking unappealingly glittery and just make your hair look lustrous, especially in sunlight. It also tames any flyaways, although my hair is naturally straight and manageable.
Don’t put great dollops of this in, because it can make hair, especially roots, feel and look greasy. I put maybe two or three pea-sized amounts in my reasonably fine, straight, shoulder-length hair, but I like a lot of shine. I wash my hair every five days and the shine lasts this ENTIRE TIME.
I simply couldn’t be without this, especially as a (fake) redhead!

I have extremely frizzy, thick, curly, unruly hair. I am constantly on the hunt for anything that will tame the frizz and new growth. Although I still use multiple products, this helps with both. I can tell the difference when I don’t use it. I have used this on my hair wet and dry. My favorite part is that it doesn’t leave my hair greasy feeling or oily looking, I can use it to touch up my frizz later in the day without looking like I fell in an oil slick. It does add a nice shine and the glitter does not show up on my hair at all. The only negative in my book is the strawberry banana smell, I’m not a fan of that scent in general, but the scent doesn’t linger in my hair all day so I look past that (Honestly I’d use something that smelled like a skunk if it tamed my frizz). The packaging is sturdy, I’ve dropped it on tile and concrete with no breakage and even left it in my car in 115+ weather with no explosion.
I can’t give this a five because I use it with other smoothers, but I have repurchased. I don’t feel this product is expensive since it lasts quite awhile and actually works!
