I’ve been using this for about a month now and love that it takes of all of the eye makeup, concealer and mascara I use on my eye area. I’ve tried numerous different eye makeup removers from one and two phases up to wipes and lotions. This takes *everything* off. I can wash my face with a white towel afterwards and be sure that I won’t see any black soot on them. I don’t wear waterproof mascara so I can’t speak to the efficacy there.
