This stuff really works! I’d tried everything for ingrown hairs on my bikini line and nearly given up until I found this. Be careful though it’s very potent DO NOT use directly after exfoliating, it will burn & sting like crazy. I shower and use a (riffi) exfoliating mitt in the morning and then apply this in the evening before going to bed. It does say to use twice a day but I find once is usually plenty. It has the consistency of water and lasts forever (literally years) when I use it on my bikini line as required (ie for about a week after each wax). I was shocked to see a couple of reviews that said this product didn’t work and noticed that one mentioned applying before a moisturiser and I wonder if that might make a difference? I apply my moisturiser in the morning and then when it’s completely sunk in use this at night without anything else after.

Bought in Australia. Some sites/ people recommended it for pimples, so I thought I’d give it a shot. The results were instant and a bit scary, by face went bubbly and red. Within two days, all my little spots had gone and people were noticing how clear my skin was. This was good. However, when I continued using it on the third day, it burnt my sin with the chemicals and left large scabs on my face. Particularly on the larger pimples. So disappointed that a product I had begun to trust after two days damaged my skin so badly. Still recovering from the wounds. Used tea tree oil to recover, was effective. Would not use again. The chemicals are much too strong for sensitive skin and if you do use it, dilute! Be careful.

I think this stuff is brilliant and actually works! One caveat, it is so potent that I apply it with gloves! Yes, otherwise your fingertips will peel in a very ferocious and unsightly way. However, any ingrown hairs will be obliterated – practically on impact! I wish I’d found this sooner. It truly does what it promises. I’ve made an order for bump eraiser, which I saw mentioned in a review below. I’ve ordered the mitt and the paste. Apparently that is not drying so if it works as well I might switch to that. (I’ll update if it does) just because the smell and the fact it is drying is a tad off putting – though a small price to pay – so for now, I’d highly recommend Ingrow Go. Edit: Bump eraiser wins! It does the same as this, except in a gentle, moisturising way. Those Australians sure do know their stuff though 🙂

I bought this product because there is very little choice of ingrowth solution in Australian store ($20).I have noticed a difference when i used it for awhile. It made my ingrowth less obvious but not all ingrowth area is completely gone. My partner told me that he noticed that the ingrowth has become lesser and better.
The smell is quite strong like alcohol and once it has evaporated there is a little bit of a sour smell but fades overnight. It is hard to use because you have to use it twice a day and im worried the strong smell would be noticeable when i use it in the morning. I use this with a cotton pad and rub it all over my legs but it would soak through touching my fingers which is why i stropped using it because after two week my fingers started to get really dry to the point there my fingers tips had dry patches and were peeling badly.
I recently started using this again because summer is here and i have to start epilating again and i also bough a new ingrowth solution(bump eraiser) so im trying to finish this one off.
I have to say that i really like the packaging. It looks sleek and modern but after a week of using it i can already tell i used almost a quarter of it. I wont be repurchasing this and would buy others to try because this product doesnt give a huge help to my ingrown hairs on my legs and find it a hassle to use. It also took a lot of effort and time to start noticing a difference.

Due to epilating I get a lot of ingrown hairs on my legs- bane of my life. This product makes a lot of promises and really failed to deliver. It smells utterly vile, a really strong scent as well so not something you can ignore. It’s pricey, I think I bought 100ml bottle for £11 or something on feelunique. These factors I would not have minded if it actually worked. I would spend twice that on something that actually got rid of my ingrown hair problem.
I’ve been using this twice a day – morning and night- for three or four weeks and my ingrown hairs are as bad as ever. And about half the bottle is gone so it doesn’t even last that long. I haven’t had the peeling problem others report, but I moisturise after use in the morning. And it does make my legs feel very smooth, but I can achieve that with exfoliating gloves anyway.
Overall, waste of money.

I don’t think this stuff works. I wanted to buy Tend skin but was told it was not available in my country any more so I went to the pharmacy and got this for 20€..I applied it twice a day for two weeks on my bikini line and I don’t think I saw an improvement, maybe a slight one. I then went on a trip to the US and decided to pick up Tend skin at Sephora (which was a bit cheaper @ 19 $) and I saw results in two/three days. I will never buy this again. Plus the scent is really horrible. Waste of money.

I bought this product because i had a lot or trouble with ingrown hair on my bikini line. Within minutes the product started to work, and the ingrown hairs were lifted. It does have a strong smell and i wouldnt use it straight after shaving, as it will leave a burning sensation. I used it two times a day and noticed it stared to dry my skin out, so used cocoa butter as a moisturiser which actually helped fade the scars that i had before, and my skin was no longer dry. I would seriously recommend this product and would definately buy it again. I have used it twice a day, every day for about 4 months and still have about a fifth of the product left.

This product is great, yes it smells very strong, but it gets the job done, and is worth the price, £11 i think i paid for it. any smell is better than having been left with a scar trying to get rid on ingrowing hairs.
and because it looks in such short space of time, i love it!
Im suprised its got not great reviews!
Totally recommend this

A bit disappointed with this product. It’s packed well. It does not smell too bad. Goes a bit crusty on the lid/opening. Had to use this a lot to notice a real difference. Will not buy again.

I am prone to ingrown hairs on my legs after waxing – this stinky liquid helps them resolve. It is very strong smelling – it really smells like it will burn your skin – but i had no problems. I applied (with a cotton pad) Morning & night and after about 3 days i could see the ingrown hairs being sorted out. It is quite a harsh product – but did not dry out my skin, i just felt it did such a good job of exfoliating the problem areas (you just apply it to the problem areas) that those areas looks different to untreated skin. It was expensive, about 26 euros for a small bottle – but a little goes a long way. This is a good product that works.
