I have very fine scandinavian hair that gets greasy fast. And I had hair related problems that made me do my research the past year. So, ended up with this brand – and I am so happy I did! This shampoo is light and works very well with my hair. For the first time the waves in my hair are showing again, and this was a really happ bi-effect for me 🤩 normally I just use head and shoulders and do not bother to buy expensive shampoos as long as my hair feels clean, but this is a shampoo that has made me ditch the «regular» shampoos. I had a bit of scalp problems two times the past year. Every time the scalp feels flaky, I start using this. I use this shampoo two out of 3 times when I wash it, and the dandruff goes away. ‘Head and shoulders’ did not work for me at that time. This did. This is a shampoo for dry scalp, but for me I am just sooo happy with how the hair now feels light and how my waves are showing again (haven’t really been this defined since I was a young girl). I feel my scalp is not as oily as it was. I use this together with the two conditioners in the yellow natural tech series (also very happy with them, but will do a review separately) I have also tried 2 other shampoos in the same series, and this is the one I’m most happy with and gives me the most «visible» effect. Expensive, but I think it’s worth it. I have seen a couple of reviews from people who are disappointed, and I wonder if they might have a lot thicker hair or if maybe they use it with a hair product (conditioner or serum) who has silicone as an ingredient. I have learned this: You need sulfates to clean out silicones, or else it will cause a build up. That is when your hair starts to over-produce oils, and it may look flat and dull. Not sure if this shampoo has sulfates, and that is a good thing if it’s sulfate free. But: you will need to clean out the silicones from your hair first. I started my regimen with a cleansing shampoo, the «natural tech detoxifying scrub shampoo». Bought the smallest bottle (you do not need this often if you switch to a silicone free conditioner 👍🏻😊) Not sure if this works for everyone, but it worked for me! Very happy, and will continue to wash my hair with this shampoo even if my scalp is good again. 🙌🏻

Consider this a public service announcement for those with Seborrheic Dermatitis. My oily, flakey, itchy scalp was out of control following the birth of my son. After cycling through all sorts of products from T-Sal to prescription Ketoconazole and natural remedies thinking “hey, this apple cider vinegar in a spray bottle might be working finally I think? Just don’t let my husband smell it…”, I tried this and POOF, it was gone. Well, not gone because it is not “curable” but all of my symptoms were so managed I questioned whether I had made up the condition in the first place. I am not used to any beauty products actually doing what they say, lol. I switched out my elderly father’s shampoo for his caregiver to use on him and that was the end of the “snow storm” on his shirt. I am not kidding. He even uses it on his face (seborrheic dermatitis often strikes one’s t-zone), and it is completely under control. I buy this stuff by the liter now, and us it every other time I wash my hair. My scalp still gets oily within 18 hours of washing it so if anyone has any tips, I’m all ears.
And btw I heard about this from a street-style editorial in New York Magazine on men’s hair and one dude used his comment exclusively to plug this product and how it changed his life. Me too!
