This shampoo seriously stung my eyes, more so than any hair product I have ever used. 30 minutes after my first time using this my eyes are still burning. I am throwing it out.

At first I really liked this product. The little hairs along my hairline seemed to all grow in at once (not sure if it was their time to grow in the hair cycle or if it was the shampoo), it smells great and left my hair feeling clean, healthy, and happy. The issue came when I started realizing that I kept scratching at my scalp the day after I washed my hair. Every time. it was really itchy and annoying. I was scratching my head for minutes at a time, it was awful. I also noticed that I was dealing with a lot of fallout once my hair had dried, I’m not sure if it was the shampoo itself or the trauma to my scalp fro all the scratching but I switched to a sulfate free shampoo before I was done the bottle, i just couldn’t take it anymore.
I am sad about it because I did love the smell so much, but at least it was cheap so I didn’t waste that much money.

Garnier fructis grow strong conditioner burned my scalp, my face, and my neck. I complained to the company and they told me I need to see my doctor I was left with large red blotches on my face neck and my scalp was red and felt like it was on fire. I’m guessing I am allergic to something in it but I’m not sure what.

Wow I love this shampoo, I never liked the Fall Fight shampoo because it would leave my hair super dry and tangled, the “new” version smells amazing, like green apples and cantaloupe, super summery, my whole bathroom smelled delicious, this is a creamy and pearly shampoo, it creates a nice silky foam, super easy to spread, I’m used to non sulfate shampoos that they just sit on the top of my hair and you got to work to spread it, it left my scalp very clean and fresh but not stripped out at all, even my lengths felt nice, my hair dried really shiny and lightweight, not frizzy, my scalp feels great, not heavy like when I use non sulfate shampoos, in terms of loosing more or less hair, let’s say that on a regular wash I loose 100 hairs and with this shampoo I lost 75, not much but I will take all the help that I can get, will buy the matching conditioner with the scalp lotion since that really worked out for me in the past.
EDIT: on day four my scalp was itchy but it was 100F in dry desert weather, day five the weather is cool and no more itchies and no stale smelling scalp, went from loosing 100 strands a day to an average of 30 strands a day.
June 2018: this shampoo is perfect for summer seasonal hairloss, mine starts shedding in June and it totally stops it, I went from loosing my hair just by touching it to loosing very few strands (30 or less)
