Not a fan of this at all. The smell is worse than the already awful usual self tanning product- much worse in my opinion.
Slightly orange-ish and gets patchy quickly. It does blend easily for a lotion- but a mousse tanner is even easier.

If this came in the regular size Jergens natural glow tubes, I’d be muchhhh happier. The tubes are TINY! And yes I’d pay more for them. I’m a psycho tanner when I tan and use this and the regular Jergens glow for maintenance ONLY. It seems everywhere I see bad reviews are people using it on pale untanned skin. I’ve already gone from light to nc42 when I bust this out. I like both the Jergens lotions and even the wet one to maintain a serious tan. All in deepest shades. But this is just as moisturizing (fake tan makes me drier) and maintains a dark dark tan longer and faster. After my daily am shower, I put on the wet skin one as per instructions and when dry I slather this on generously (5’10 so I get like 3 uses out of it). I use head to toe but my facial skin is about as sensitive as my elbows haha. They make an spf face gradual tAnner if you’re sensitive. I use all tanners extremely generously and never ever have streaked. I exfoliate regularly. I don’t let my tan fade so I really cannot comment on the longevity and using it alone to build color. Jergens: make a normal sized tube of this stuff PLEASE.

Would not recommend this especially if it’s your first time. I’m sure it would work on someone but not for me 🙁 You don’t get to see where exactly you put the product because it goes on clear hence why i don’t recommend for the first time user. I applied it at night and woke up and only my arms were darker (but more dark orange). My palms were also stained real bad even though i washed so thoroughly. I went to Shoppers the next day and one of the ladies there recommended St. Tropez tanning mousse. Much more expensive but it’s soooo worth it. For reference, I’m Asian and I have quite fair skin. My arms are able to tan under the sun but my legs stay pale that’s why I decided to try this. Also worth noting, only the ankle area of my legs got dark (orange). 🙁 I really wanted to like this because #brokestudentproblems but it’s really not good. At least for me.

Its not too bad of a product, glides on well, dries quick, smells good. However, I would absolutely not recommend it for totally pale skin because it does give an orange tint. It is perfect however if you have a base tan which is normally just brown one or two layers gives an existing tan that nice golden glow that you see in ads of tanning salon. So would recommend just solely for that purpose.

I really like how easy this is to apply and isn’t streaky. It leaves my skin soft too. It dries super fast and doesn’t have that rubbery self-tanner smell. I was just super disappointed when I applied it 2 days in a row and it turned me very orange. VERY. Just 2 uses!! I will give it credit for its pigmentation and how fast it works, but the color is so bad. I even was careful to avoid my ankles and also put regular lotion in around my ankles before applying. Still I have huge dark spots around my ankles. Not a good product for me. I will have to go back to my old, time consuming method of traditional self tanner and a tanning mitt!
