I am still undecided on this one. There are many things I like about it: the packaging, the feeling of tingly, scriubbed clean skin after use, and the reasonable price. However, it can sting sensitive skin (and open wounds, if present), it is difficult to rinse off completely, and if not careful, the powder can ‘escape’ before wetting in water so that one can actually accidentally inhale it. I’ve nearly emptied the bottle and still am undecided as to whether I’ll be repurchasinh or not. I guess this one will be either liked or hated. For the price, it’s worth giving it a shot as it might just work for you.

I wouldn’t recommend this product if you have dry skin because it could cause slight rashes and irritations to your face. When I first used it my face got a little irritated (I have acne-prone skin), but after using it a second and third time (in spite of the initial irritation) the product started working quite good and my pimples and blackheads mostly vanished within just one week. Plus my skin obtained a beautiful and fresh glow and always felt very clean after using this scrub. It’s also easy to wash off and has a decent scent and considering it’s not that expensive I would recommend buying this product and giving it a try.

May as well just use baking soda. Absolute garbage, go with Detclear, Dermalogica or other japanese powder cleansers. Does nothing. Ended up using this as body wash. Ineffective cleanser and ineffective scrub.

It foams which is fun. But it doesn’t wash off clean. I feel like I have to wash with something else afterwards.

I purchased this without checking the reviews first, and I usually regret that however in this case I’ve been pleasantly surprised. It caught my eye because I’ve been using an Amore Pacific enzyme “scrub” cleansing powder which I really like.
This stuff is only similar in that it’s a powder that dissolves. It cleanses quite well, and does indeed have a scrub to it, which can be modified to your preference by adding more or less water. One review mentioned that it has menthol, but it does not. There’s a citric scent and slight cooling feel to it which could lead to that conclusion understandably.
I am really impressed with the packaging; pops open with one press of the cap release and closes easily and completely sealed. Very user friendly and sanitary.

Its ok. I have dry skin and have a few dry patches on my face. suprizingly this didn’t make it worse. feels like a regular scrub on my face. didn’t make me feel irritated or itchy. It seems to be helping my dry patch actually. it feels somewhat smoother after two days. Been using this for a week now, no problems. My face feels very clean after use and the scent is pleasant enough. I don’t think I’ll be repurchasing this though. its just merp…

I am on the fence about this one. While it does smooth skin and doesn’t over exfoliate, it leaves a very filmy feel after you rinse off and is very drying. It also isn’t for sensitive skin. It burns a little every time I apply it and leaves my face red afterwards. It does smooth however and I like the dry powder and packaging. The price is also right. If you have very tough skin this may work for you but, I don’t think I will be repurchasing.

This has become my staple face wash

I was pleasantly surprised by this gentle scrub, it was fun to use and did a good job of gently exfoliating my skin. At first I was hesitant to use it in the shower but the flip up top keeps the product from getting wet, and the product has a refreshing citrus scent, this scrub left my skin squeaky clean and oil free.

I love this stuff! The first time I tried it I was pleasantly surprised by the menthol, which soothes my skin rather than irritates it, but if you’re sensitive to menthol I would steer clear. My face felt very cool like someone had blown peppermint snowflakes all over my face. The way I use this is I wet my face and then immediately pour a bit into my hands and rub them together and then apply it to my face. That gives the perfect moisture/ product balance rather than trying to add water to it. I mainly use this as an overnight spot treatment for blemishes. I pour a dime sized amount into my hand and then mix it with a couple drops of peroxide to make a paste. I then apply the paste in a thin layer to my blemishes using a foundation brush and leave it on overnight. In the morning the blemish is either gone or greatly reduced. The container also lasts a really long time. I’ve had my container since it first came out, I think around March, and I still have about a quarter of the container left even though I use it nearly every day.
