I am 50 years old and have developed *very* dark circles under my eyes. I have spent a lot of time and money trying to find a product or combination of products that will make me look less haggard.
I am still waiting for that perfect magical product but until then I am using two products, of which this is one.
I buy this in peach to correct blue circles. It is very thick and sticky. I apply the tiniest amount w the tiniest brush over the bluest areas. I make as thin a layer as possible.
I let it sit a few seconds (brush teeth or do something else), then I take a slightly damp miniature beauty blender type sponge and kind of press and rock it in place. I rinse and wring out before each eye. My goal is to not move the product around; just keep it in place and press it in.
I am sure I remove more product then the amount that actually remains. I think of it as stain.
Then I let it sit another few seconds. If I missed some spots or the application is too thin I might repeat it. Yes it is a time-consuming process but there is no cakey-ness w this stuff.
Later I go over this with a thin concealer that matches my face color. I avoid powder, and I do NOT bring either this corrector or other concealer all the way up to lower lash line; I have too many lines and creases that only become exaggerated with stuff placed over.
A tube will last forever, and it feels wasteful to picking up more product w sponge than what is actually left on skin. But it works so well under concealer and lasts a very long time.

i have sun spots all over my cheeks. Some can pass as freckles and some are huge and slightly makes me self conscience. I am alwayson hunt to hide them.
I tried NYX color corrector palette, but the consistency was too waxy. I tried Profusion, but the orange was too red.
i had high hopes for this salmon color, but it is too dark and even with concealer it tints my concealer and foundation too orange.
Also after long day this product got too cakey. i dabbed a little on and warmed it up prior to application. even blending out with beauty blender did not help.
i don’t like the tube container because of you squeeze out too much product you cannot put it back in. this is an expensive product to waste. you can put in another container, but i forget to use it.
i will keep looking.

For starters, I have a terribly ruddy complexion in which my entire face is red. I had high hopes for this but I’m not using it as much as I would like. First off, it’s very pigmented, thick, and extremely difficult to spread out. The first time I used this I looked like the Wicked Witch of the West; I was that green. Obviously, I used too too much. However, on the plus side, even just the tiniest dab goes a very long way. I did find that it was peeking through my foundation and it took much blending it diminish the greenish tint. Even after all that, my face still had a pinkish look to it. Therefore, I’ll only be using this on the weekends and when I have extra amounts of time to apply and work on my face. Needless to say, I was disappointed and believe that other color-corrector products from various brands like Cover FX and Algenist work better.

I got this in the yellow colour, hoping that it would colour correct my purple-brown under eyes. I used a very small amount and at first, tried to blend it out using a fluffy eyeshadow brush. That didn’t work – this corrector is extremely thick and hard to spread. The consistency is similar to viscous melting glue coming from a hot glue gun (without the stickiness/stringiness). Blending it with a brush just made it patchy and weird. So then I tried to fix that by blending it out with a damp beauty sponge, which didn’t really make much of a difference. Okay…
I applied some Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer on top and blended it out with my damp beauty sponge. It was definitely noticeable how this corrector has tinted the concealer yellow, it was clearly peaking through. So I guess nothing can fix this unless I put a ton of concealer on top.
This corrector was taking too much work to be worth it. For the price, I would not recommend.
