L’oreal Revitalift Moisture Blur does blur imperfections by softening the look of my fine lines.
I’m giving it 3 stars because it felt like it sat on top of my skin and never did absorb or feel quite comfortable. I like products that I can forget about after application. Also, any makeup applied after this – whether liquid, cream or powder – never did look quite right. I can’t be bothered with a product that is this particular. Blending makeup in was an issue and making the application look smooth and even was a chore. Yes my skin looks better with it on than without – until I apply makeup. If you go without then this product may work for you! Since my skin can’t go without I will have to go without this product. Keep an eye on your pores, I felt this clogged mine quite a bit.

If you are looking for blurring technology the original with SPF works better. This one is great for dry climates and smoothes skin. It does the job. Nothing remarkable, but good drugstore option if you find the regular ones a bit drying.

I liked how this product made my skin look and my make up went on beautifully and lasted all day but– *sigh*, it made my skin breakout — not just in problem area but all over. I make sure I got all my makeup off every night. I use witch hazel as a toner and exfoiate often (I use take away as a make up remover daily). I kept using it to see if the breakouts were hormonal (all other face products are the same) but when I went back to my old primer the breakouts immediately cleared up and disappeared. If it were not for the terrible breakouts I would love this product.

Always looking to simplify my morning routine – L’Oreal’s new Moisture Blur that combines moisturizer and primer seemed like a good bet. Pro: If actually works very well as a light moisturizer and a decent primer. It has a nice easy to spread texture. Con: It has a strong fragrance and contains alcohol. Enough alcohol that I feel a slight sting. I don’t have especially sensitive skin – can’t imagine this would be good for anyone who does.. Also expensive ($20 for 1.7 oz) for a drugstore primer – keep in mind that you use more product than a stand alone primer.
