I bought this on a whim. Dr. Jetske writes a no nonsense blog, a bit like Paula’s Choice. Her viewpoint is; pro good and non-irritating ingredients, pro suncreen and anti perfume in skin products. A few years ago she started her own Uncover line. I’ve tried a few products which I haven’t reviewed yet because I think I like them but I don’t know how much. This face powder however is a very clear hit with me. I bought it untested and online since I was almost out of my usual (Chanel Universelle clair). Price wise this is in the same category: Not cheap. Resultwise this is great. High end quality, mattifying but with more of a healthy glow remaining than I’m used to retaining. I’m very pleased! My only regret is that the box could be smaller and it doesn’t come with a brush or applicator. The design is at least basic and not kitchy. In general I just wish all make-up manufacturers would go for nice micro packing design.
