I’ve had this polish in my collection for awhile, given to me by a friend, and never really felt like wearing it, because most dark vampy shades make me look deathly pale. finally decided i should try it, even though it seems a bit christmassy, and OMG — AMAZING. deep, sexy, a bit metallic, but not so dark that you can’t tell it is a burgundy (it’s not one of those shades that is so close to black that in most lights you can’t tell). After drying without topcoat, it dulled down a bit and wasn’t as luminescent as it was at first, but still gorgeous. I love holding a glass of merlot with this on my nails.

I bought this color because it looked amazing in the bottle. Like a dark wine with a lovely shimmer, When I put it on, it was very light even after two coats. I love love love the bottle and the texture. Great polish, not so great color.
