I was given this polish for Christmas last year. The name describes this polish really well. It has a textured effect (not sure whether it is visible in my picture). It dries super fast and lasts really well too. Difficult to remove, but I find this to be the case with all glitters.
The reason I wouldn’t repurchase it is because I am not a fan of texture polishes. I used 3 coats of thick top coat, but even that didn’t smooth it out completely.
