I bought this in a mini from Sally Beauty for about $2.50. I’m a big fan of China Glaze and their sister polish Salon Perfect. I’m considering getting the Fullsize just becuase I would never want to run out of this amazing color. Applying neons takes a lot of practice; so I would definitely say don’t judge the quality of the polish by that. I did two coats on acrylic nails with a Salon Perfect top coat, no base. It’s the most perfect shade of traffic cone Orange on steroids. Definitely lights up in dark (not glow in the dark). I have this color all 5s.

I chose a rating of one lipstick because I was very disappointed with this color. I have other China Glaze colors and the coverage is great. This color is bad! It is very thin and watery and takes two or more coats for your nails. It does not leave a smooth finish but streaking. for the price I expect better.

This polish is okay. I usually don’t spend more than $5 on a bottle of polish, so for $7 at Sally’s, I think it could be better.
I love the color, but it doesn’t suit my skin tone. That’s not the reason I took lippies away, because that’s not the company’s fault. I don’t like the formulation. Most neon colors are a bit thin and take a few coats to get opacity. This is ridiculously thin and watery. It takes 3-4 coats to get it opaque, but it still looks streaky. It’s certainly not good for making designs because it’s too runny to be dotted or anything. The finish isn’t what I would consider matte, but it’s definitely not glossy. I didn’t expect that, so I think it looks best to apply a glossy top coat because it’s not very flashy as a matte or appealing in its regular, dull finish.
Applying this on top of a white base color helps the color seem less thin and requires only 2-3 coats to pop. You really need a streak-filling top coat to make this polish look presentable and not streaky and cheap. Again, the color is gorgeous, but not for me. I appreciate how quickly it dries, though it does have that gumminess for quite a while. If your nail presses against anything, it’s imprinted/dented with what it touched. That texture goes away after a few hours or with a top coat.
All in all, it’s okay. Not only am I not a fan of the color, but the amount of effort I have to put into making this polish work is frustrating. The price could be better too. Neons of other brands have better formula quality for much cheaper (I like the neons in Wet ‘n’ Wild or Sinful Colors to name a few). I wouldn’t repurchase or recommend.

Such a gorgeous satin finish neon fanta orange! Opaque in 3 coats and it dried super fast. So bright and gorgeous for summer!
