This is a very beautiful rose gold highlighter.
I fell in love with it through swatches I found on the internet and I purchased many of them.
AS HIGHLIGHTER: Unfortunately, on my face it looks like I applied a rose colored blush with a golden highlighter on top.
I like to apply highlighters on my cheekbones, in the inner corner of my eyes and under my browbones. But I don’t want to look like a clown so I was disappointed.
I’m NW20, so I guess it’s better for people with darker skin than mine.
BUT…
The reason it gets 5 lips from me:
I use it as an eyeshadow and let me tell you: If it’s not doing its job as a highlighter for me, then it does an unexpected wonderful job as glowing eyeshadow. Especially in summer when the sun is helping us to shine with highlighter, your eyes will shine, too.
It looks natural, yet eyecatching and in the end, I’m happy about my backup because this is limited edition and it’s very rare to find such a beautiful product in the drugstore section.
CONCLUSION: If you look for a beautiful rose golden highlighter for your skin color (which should be darker than mine) then this is a good choice as a drugstore highlighter. If you have light/fair skin, I won’t tell you to not use it as a highlighter since everyone of us should decide what is best. If you purchased it and you are not satisfied with it as highlighter, try it as a topper over your lipstick or as an eyeshadow.
