Gulity! Got this becos of the name! Its a grunge grey -taupe shade. Works like high end OPI. Only 2 coats required!!! wa lah!! Done! Dries instantly .. lasts a good week, no chipping.. streaking. Wil def purchase other shades. I also got some colors from ‘The Kylie collection’, which costs $2 extra… hmmmm… celebrity endorsements…Fair enough!

I’m more of a white nail polish wearer but I was drawn to the earthy undertones in this polish. I painted with two coats which gave beautiful opacity . It is a Greyish brownish purplish tone .I used sally Hansen miracle growth as a base coat and sally Hansens top coat quick dry after the nail polish was 75% dry . Hands look beautiful, overall satisfied and would reccomend.

I really like the shade itself, on me it’s a chocolate milk color with a greyish tone but it still looks brown. The formula could be better. The first coat was really uneven. I needed a THICK second coat or else I would have been doing 3. At 2 coats now it’s mostly opaque but a few nails still have slight bald spots. Drying time is also pretty slow, which I’ve come to expect from Sinful cremes. Applying this polish is a slight bit problematic but I like the finished result so much that I’ll keep using it.

I bought this on sale at Walgreens. It is a matte color it takes two coats and with a top coat it looks glossy. Very pretty and sophisticated color. Wow it is a great quality nail polish. If you are a nail polish addict this belongs to your drawer.

Gorgeous milk chocolate color! Looks so pretty and shinny on my nails — I can’t stop looking at it! It dries a shade darker than represented in the bottle, which I think is common for most colors. I used no top or base coat, so my mani required three thin coats of polish for full coverage over my natural white tipped nails. Not too glossy and I wouldn’t consider this matte, it reminded me of the color and shine of Tootsie Rolls!! I love the cream/no sparkle finish (I’m not much of a sparkle/glitter girl) The drying time is a little longer than most polishes, but I find thinner coats dry faster. I own two other Sinful Color polishes and they are pretty much the same drying time. This by far though Nirvana is my favorite color. Love it!

Picked this up on sale for .99 at Walgreens. I don’t use dark colors normally, but this is very nice. It’s not too dark. The formula is fine. It covers at least as well as Essie (which isn’t saying much) but is definitely better price-wise. I’ve only had it on for 24 hours and it’s holding up well.

I only paid $2 for this polish on sale at Walmart. I bought the Nirvana, a yellow, and two shades of green all intended for water marbling my nails. I used white on white China Glaze as a base coat. I dropped back and forth between the CG and the SC Nirvana for my swirls. Marbling often dulls colors, so the Nirvana came out a nice caramel shade versus the yellow barely showing up. When I marbled with the darker green and Nirvana, I kept the deep brown color. I think Nirvana worked out the best of all the colors I had to use. I would buy this again, especially for $2. Such a great price!

This is the dreariest looking color on my nc25 coloring. Instant downer. It is a dismal brown-grey. I do like some of the shimmering Sinful Polishes but have had zero luck with their mattes. However I do absolutely love the look of this as a base coat and then applying a sheer middle stripe of L’oreal’s gold shimmer “because you’re worth it” color.

The first thing that drew me to this color was the name. I’m a big Nirvana (band) fan. It’s typically not a color I would wear, but I do really like it… especially for the upcoming fall months. It’s a taupe-y brown with a tiny hint of a purple undertone. It’s really earthy and grungy. It can be played up with a fun glitter over it though. I have the “matte” version, which really isn’t matte at all. However, I have seen some swatches comparing the matte version to the regular version, and there is a slight difference in color. The matte version is a bit lighter, but they’re not drastically different.
The formula is a tad on the watery side, but isn’t hard to work with. It has a decent dry time and is opaque in two coats. It wears as well as any other Sinful Colors polish. Overall, a great deal for just $1.99.
