   Miki is an affordable range of cute cosmetics and giftware available at some chemists in Australia, New Zealand, and Farmers New Zealand. They specialise in cute gift packaging each Christmas eg lip gloss pots in the shapes of Fox Heads or Japanese Dolls.

   I’ve been really enjoying their polishes lately. The pricing is around Kleancolor or Jordana level, around $3 NZ. But quality-wise, you get Color Club. Sometimes Essie or Opi. At least thats how its been for the ones I have at least.

   None of the colors have names, so its hard to talk about them. But they’re great. All them have been smooth, quick drying, good to great pigmentation. Ok wear time (2 – 3 days as is normal for me). They don’t stink and none have stained my nails. I’ve even had some amazing one-coaters, although they only last a day with one coat as tend to chip.

   But the thing I that takes the prize is the longevity of this polish in the bottle – they never seem to thicken or go stringy or sticky! Even ones that are 5 – 6 years old have maintained their original consistency. In contrast, I’ve had many Opi polishes becoming problematic after only a 1 – 2 years which is super annoying for what we pay here. And Essie usually gets hard to use around the 3 – 5 years old. I like knowing that I can get to the end of my Miki’s without wasting a drop.

   I’ve seen glowing reviews from New Zealand Nail Blogs as Miki being great quality polish for the price.
