I have never heard of Cheeky polishes, until I received their Advent Calendar a couple of years ago. From a quick Google search I have learned the they are created by the people behind Cowshed (pricey hair and body products).
Cherry Nice is a dark cherry, crelly polish. I applied 3 coats. I think 2 coats would be enough for most people, but my nails are slightly ridged and I don’t like an uneven coverage, so with jelly and crelly polishes I tend to do 3 coats. The formula was very good – not too thick or too thin. The brush is medium and rounded at the edges (similar to Essence polishes). It is fast drying. However, on the 2nd day of wear I had a chip. This could be due to the conditions of my nails, which have been a little brittle lately, but it hasn’t happened with any other polish since…..
I liked wearing this colour, but because of the chip and as this brand is difficult to come by, I doubt I would ever repurchase it.
