This is LE on QVC for around $38 + $3 shipping. This palette outperforms either of the Tartelette palettes. The packaging is a bare bones cardboard folding palette with a mirror, nothing fancy and I don’t think I would throw it in my bag for travel but the shadows are fantastic. I have both Tartelette palettes and have been less than impressed with either. I found the texture dry and they blend patchy with or without a primer, but the High Performance Neutral palette is totally opposite. The texture of these shadows is buttery, they blend smoothly and, with a primer, the pigment lasts all day until I take my make-up off. The palette contains 16 pans that are 0.024 oz in size, and are a mix of 2 pearl, 4 shimmer and 10 matte shades. The palette also comes with a nice double ended eyeshadow brush. The description on QVC is “Limited Edition Amazonian Clay Eyeshadow Palette & Brush”, the box and the palette both name the palette as “High Performance Neutrals”.
I will purchase another for a back-up while QVC has in stock, it is that good.
