A nice oil that once applied to pressure points does help with stress relief and tension reduction. Also helps me get a good night’s sleep. It does not regulate body temperature in any type of way and it certainly does not help with hot flashes. It comes in a mini glass roller ball container. I usually keep it in the box it came in to avoid the bottle cracking. I will definitely repurchase since I need to keep one on my night stand as well. It’s is very lightly scented so I only smell it if I put my nose directly where it was just applied. It smells like peppermint essential oil and menthol.
Update: this product actually does seem to cool my body off. I notice if I don’t use it I definitely feel more hot.

For me, this is a great relief for hot flashes. I was at the salon and was having a hot flash. My stylist took a few drops of this and put it on the back of my neck and the inside of my wrist. Within a few minutes I was feeling much better and did not have another one for the 2 hours I was there.

Don’t like the roller-ball packaging as enough product does not come out, but I love to use this on my scalp after I shower. It promotes blood flow and helps my hair grow quickly!

A simply amazing product. I got it as a gift from a friend and didn’t expect much from it, but it turned out to be SUPER effective in tension relief. This oil is way better than any other muscle/tension relieving pharmaceuticals. It is expensive, but it is just so effective. I must thank my friend for my lifetime.

I go to an Aveda salon and they always apply this and do a scalp massage after shampooing and it is amazing. It gives a wonderful, tingling sensation and relives any headache you may have had prior. I will say, it isn’t as good at home as having someone apply it in a salon, but what is? I would buy this product again, just use it sparingly–you really don’t need a lot and the bottle is VERY small.

I bought a bottle of this about two months ago after experiencing it time and time again in the little pre-haircut massage that my stylist always does. It was my favorite part of the whole experience. But then I didn’t really use it that much – just left it on my desk at work next to the Chapstick and mini post-its. And then I gave up caffeine, and the three o’clock slumps got bad, and I needed something to wake me up. So one day I rolled a generous amount of this on my palm, rubbed both hands together, cupped my hands over my mouth and nose and inhaled deeply. Lo and behold, it woke me right up, cleared my sinuses, and felt amaaaazing. It’s a combination of clarity and relaxation – ha, I sound like I’m pushing some kind of drug.
I’ve got a few co-workers hooked on it now for this exact same use. The smell doesn’t linger for much longer than about 15 minutes, but I imagine that anything longer would be obnoxious. I’d rather just reapply.
That being said – this is too expensive. I could probably buy a small tub of Vicks vapo rub and get the same effect, even if it’s not as refined in fragrance. But seriously, the price is marketing. There’s no reason an oil with peppermint in it should have such weak staying power and still cost so much – just none whatsoever.
I can’t speak to the bottle breaking, since like I said, I keep mine on my desk. But it’s a pretty flimsy little thing. A drop onto tile from even a foot or two would most likely shatter it.

This stuff is simply AMAZING. I was getting my hair done, the place is pretty exquisite and expensive. While they were shampooing my hair they used this stuff, i got it right then and there. Expensive but worth it. It takes my headaches away, by just rubbing some on my temples, its just amazinggg! The only bad thing about this is the packaging, well the bottle is glass and I’ve broken one already, it just fell out of my pocket and shattered. I just have to be more careful. & I love the minty tingling feeling thingy it does. Just amazing, cant say it enough

Great Product~~ I carry it with me everywhere especially during summer, I hate the hot weather, but this oil make the summer a little bit easier for me~~=v=
But honestly speaking, this product is a little pricey~~ I will think about it but I am not sure I will purchase it again~~

Love it! Pleasant smell, very refreshing – a perfect remedy to calm down before bedtime. This product also helped me to relieve the headache a number of times when I could not take medicine, I simply rubbed some on my temples and back of the neck. It is compact and handy to carry with me all the time, the only drawback of the packaging is that the letters on the label got smudged very soon. The smell is a little bit too minty – I like it but this may be not everyone’s favorite.

This stuff is amazing. Expensive but amazing. I bought this on recommendation by a friend. This helps with headaches. I keep this besides my bed and use whenever I can’t sleep, nervous, anxious, or just need to calm down. I rub on my temples and dab some one the pulse on my wrists. Definitely calms me down. I’m sure this will last a long time because all I need is a little at a time. It is expensive for oil ($20 CDN)but it works.
