I love the smell of this product and think that it keeps my dry skin moisturised. However, I get really variable skin texture after using it. Sometimes my skin is lovely, other times I get bits of dry skin peeling off, even if I have just exfoliated! Odd. As a result, I tend to use this cream on days when I’m not wearing foundation.

I’ve tried many, (many!) antiaging creams and this is the best by far at firming up that sagging area around my mouth and jawline. I ran out of it for about a month and started using up all the other creams I’d ignored while I had this. Definitely noticed a difference and broke down and reordered during the last sale. It is expensive, and it does tingle, but for me, if a product doesn’t tingle, I have no results at all. The product is in an aqua colored jar so I’m not sure if the formula has changed since the early reviews, but I hope they keep it exactly as is..

I did like the smell of this product when trying it out at Sephora. Orange ice-cream, as one reviewer described it, is a good despcription. It felt emollient and hydrating. However, when I tried it at home, after doing my routine cleansing, my skin felt incredibly tingly afterwards. It absorbed quite quickly, but then left my skin feeling tight as a drum and with a persistent burning sensation. It also left it quite dull, with no radiance. I thought it was just a matter of my skin getting used to the product, but this tight dryness and burning persisted. My normal make-up routine ended up looking a bit cakey, despite my using a hydrating primer and foundation. Ended up being the reverse of anti-aging! I was very worried about returning the jars for a refund / exhchange – I had bought both the day and the night cream – but Sephora was wonderful!
Overall impression – very chemically, feel like you getting a peel with every use, not at all hydrating, so the nice smell is slim pickin’s.

I have the night cream version of this cream.
It smells pretty good. Citrusy scent kinda reminds me of oranges and lightly of cake batter. orange peel cake batter?
I think it would be a better scent for the morning.
Its a nice luxurious cream nice consistency and sinks into the skin in about 5-10 minutes. For my skin it is still too heavy, As for any antiwrinkle results I saw no improvement in my skin what so ever. I did notice my skin seemed brighter in the morning but would soon fade.
Did nothing for fine lines, firmness, tone or texture.
Pretty expensive for a nice smelling moisturizer.

I received this product as a 10ml sample. The sample lasted me two to three weeks. I used it every night after cleaning my face. I didn’t particularly notice any improvement to my skin. I did get a few pimples after using too much one night. I find the product to be very heavy on my skin and greasy. It takes a long time to absorb as well. I would definitely recommend using with a light hand. This is not a product I would purchase, at least not at this stage in my life.

I won this cream from a sweepstake. It has a very nice and refreshing smell which I like. It feels smooth when I first put it on the skin, but after massaging for 3 seconds it starts to bead up and come off my skin! First I thought I use too much, or it’s because I use it after applying serum, but then even when I use only a tiny bit on a clean face it still beads up. It’s a waste if it doesn’t stay on my skin and doesn’t get absored. It’s a waste. Now instead of rubing or massaging it into the skin, I gently pat and press it on the skin. I feel like I have to be so careful, it’s annoying.

I really want to like Youth as We Know It and probably buy it every 4th or 5th time I get new moisturizer, which is representative of my love-hate relationship with this product It feels great at night when my skin is really dry after too much sun, scrubbing, wind, or cold. I don’t like the scent, though, and the texture doesn’t work for me. Unless I put on the exact right amount, any bit of excess ends up sort of peeling up in little chunks that flake off my skin. Sometimes I end up having to gently brush a towel across my face to get the excess off.
Given the choice, I wouldn’t buy this if I was looking for just one expensive moisturizer that I could consistently. I always have to have other ones to rotate for days when I just don’t need so much stuff on my face.

I only use this for winter, bit too thick for summer, this counteracts the drying weather plus indoor heat fantastically, like the citrus scent & thickness which really seals in the moisture, works great even on my acne prone skin.

This moisturizer does none on the 10 things listed on it packaging for me. i think I must be allergic to something in it because all it did was suck the life out of my skin making it look dry and wrinkled and feeling very tight

I’ve repurchased this product several times now. Sometimes I do notice the “little balls” other reviewers mention, but I figure I used too much those days.
Anyway, what sold me on this is I had an odd patch of skin on the side of my nose. Sort of like a weird blemish that never went away. The Bliss Youth got rid of this within a week–no kidding. So that was pretty amazing.
Yes it is far too expensive–though there are many even more pricey anti-aging moisturizers out there. (Creme de la Mer, anyone?) But you can get really good deals on it from time to time on eBay. I have yet to pay full price for a brand new jar or tube. (For germaphobes–it DOES come in a huge, 8 oz. tube–“spa size not for retail” and these show up now and then on eBay. They are almost always a great bargain.)
