Yes it’s a good product . A refreshing cool feeling night cream . It seems andalou is like any other face moisturizer where It seems u have to use it for months and months to tell any difference . I think andalou seems better than Alba green tea moisturizer though

I really like this cream. When I initially purchased the cream I was drawn in by the impressive ingredients list that included some great anti-oxidants like MAP and resveratrol and some peptides. The cream that arrived had a different ingredients list, with the peptides missing. I was pissed about this but I gave the product a chance anyway and I am pleased with it’s performance. I have very oily dehydrated skin and it is sometimes hard to find a moisturizer that helps with the dehydration but does feel to greasy and coating. This cream provides a lot of moisture but is not too heavy. It has an almost matte finish and goes really well under sunscreen. I also like using it at night to seal in my essences and serums. It has a light scent that mostly smells like cocoa butter and a little goes a long way. I won’t repurchase, however, because I have quite a few other creams in my stash, it is quite expensive for its small size and because I hate jar packaging. It is so unsanitary and anti-oxidants do not stay stable when repeatedly exposed to air.

I got this as a sample in a beauty box, and a moisturizer I wouldn’t have looked at twice on the shelf turned out to be a very pleasant surprise.
PROS:
– My face feels moisturized without feeling greasy.
-The mild but pleasant scent fades quickly on application.
-Doesn’t irritate my skin or cause breakouts.
CONS:
-The claims about plant stem cells are nonsense, which makes me more skeptical about the product’s other purported benefits.
-$20-$25 price is high for the small amount of product.
-Uses jar packaging, which I find too unhygienic and easily spilled.
My current sample is packaged in a small squeeze tube, and once it’s used up, I’m unlikely to buy more unless the jar packaging is changed to something similar.

This isn’t a bad moisturizer per se, but not quite what I was looking for. With that said, I received a smaller jar of this free (I guess it was a “gift with purchase” type of deal). The first thing I noticed was the cocoa butter scent. I was surprised since the other 3 moisturizers I tried had more of a fresh, floral, or citrus scent. This one is a silky, lightly whipped, creamy consistency (whereas the others had more of a gel-cream consistency). Definitely better for drier skin types, but was not moisturizing enough for me during the Winter. (I think I have more of a dehydrated/oily-combo, hormonal/cystic acne-prone skin type. Used to be dry-combo.) I usually layer this one under my Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Relief moisturizer with SPF 30. In the Spring, it’s still light enough, but tends to feel a little on the heavy side when Summer comes around. (I live in one of the drier states.) However, even with the extra layer, I surprisingly never broke out from this. I DID break out from their Goji Peptide moisturizer though (but I used it as an eye cream, and it worked perfectly for that.)
If you’re looking for something that’s between light and heavy as far as richness, then this is it. Oilier gals can probably get away with this in the cooler months. Dryer gals might need a bit more.

I like using creams on my neck to keep it hydrated at night, so I decided To try this to change from a more expensive one. It absorbs right away which I like and it doesn’t have a perfume smell. Slightly smells like vanilla bean but very faint and the smell disappears anyways

This cream is packed with good stuff. An amazing lineup of antioxidant ingredients at a great price. Smells like cocoa butter (aka delicious). It has a smooth, whipped texture and applies and absorbs easily. Dries to a satin finish and is great under makeup but I tend to use it only at night. It’s moisturizing enough for me when my skin is balanced and not being a jerk, but if it’s really dry I either mix in some facial oil or switch to something else for a bit. I imagine those with very dry skin would need an additional moisturizer. It also has been lasting a really long time for me.
Worth mentioning: the cocoa butter has never broken me out I DON’T THINK. Sometimes when I really slather it on, I think it might be pore-clogging, but it’s never an issue when I apply moderately.
I’ve never experienced any *zomg* effects with this cream, but I can tell a difference in the overall clarity, balance, and health of my skin. I hope to always have it in my lineup.

This is a nice night cream, but it wasn’t quite right for my skin type. The cream is thick with a light, pleasant fragrance and it absorbs quickly. I would describe it as moderately moisturising – if you have normal to dry skin it would be fine, but I used it at a time when my skin was very dry and it wasn’t always moisturising enough. I also felt a slight burning sensation sometimes when using it, but I have very sensitive skin so YMMV!

I didn’t think this would do much, but it really does! I have combination skin prone to hormonal acne, and with some old acne marks and discolorations, and since I started using this, I rarely have a zit, and my face looks much more even and poreless. I had no idea this cream would do that!
It is not particularly moisturizing, but considering what it does, I don’t even care.
I love the scent, to me it smells like cocoa, and its silky thick texture.
It doesn’t irritate my skin in any way, or cause breakouts.
I’m half way through my first jar, and I will definitely repurchase.

Been using this as my night cream for the last month and I’m very pleased. I’ve tried going without it for a few days and I can see the difference when I wake up. I clean my face with their Kambucha cleanser, follow with the turmeric serum (same brand), and finish with this. As I’ve stated in other reviews of Andalou products and other recent products I started using, I’ve been zit free for a month, even during “that” time of the month. But I also avoid processed foods and take NV Perricone Skin vitamins daily.
