Such a great moisturizer! I just wish it wasn’t so pricey… I second the review by auras… super hydrated my combo skin without compromising a balance between the needs of my drier or oilier/normal zones. Did not cause any reactions or breakouts. My skin felt really nice and comfortable, and looked brighter. A tiny tiny bit was sufficient for my entire face in summer. I would certainly recommend this moisturizer.

I tried a sample of this and was very impressed with the long-lasting effect on my combo skin. My dry cheeks loved it and my oily t-zone didn’t get extra oily as it sometimes happens with nourishing creams. I consider purchasing this.

I had a little sample pack of this for over a year before finally getting around to trying it but I was immediately impressed. I got several uses from the little sample because just a pea-size dab covers my face and neck. I am 52 with combo skin that really has issues with dryness and flaking around my nose and mouth during cold weather, but also with weather changes such as change of season or when it’s 60 degrees one day and blizzarding the next (yay, global warming and living in a cold northern climate). I tried lots of products this winter to balance exfoliation with keeping my face hydrated. This stuff kept my face smooth and plump all day without looking oily or shiny. I also noticed that a really noticeable red patch from peeling and over-exfoliation faded in one day. $68 is too much for a face cream, IMO, but I have already ordered the 0.5oz size and if it continues to work for me, I will definitely spring for the full size.

I haven’t written a proper review in about 2 years I think. But I feel compelled to review this one for you.
First of all, the container is super heavy, perhaps even 2 lbs. heavy. So it feels very luxurious. Also you get a good amount, 2 fl. oz. Yes, it’s a little pricy, but I’m willing to splurge on things that really work for me and do my favors! This doesn’t have a strong smell at all, it’s very light and clean – almost non-existent. BUT OH MY GOSH this stuff is AMAZING. I put it on after my shower at night, it also doubles as an eye cream, and it feels so beautiful on the skin, great for dry skin people like myself. When I wake up the next morning, my skin looks so much more plump and pillow, plush, moisturized deeply but not oily at all, just RIGHT. I am super impressed with this product and it makes me want to try other IT things! If I had to just have 1 item for my skincare, this would be it. It is anti-aging and I really see and feel the results, not to mention it is developed by plastic surgeons and for some reason that made me want to try it. So glad I did! The reviews do it justice! <3 <3

I never write reviews, usually because products generally don’t live up to their hype. This one forced me to take the time to sign up to MUA just so I could leave one.
I’m so impressed and I’m shocked that I am! I happened upon IT Secret Sauce while browsing Sephora and looked at it mostly because the name disturbed me. I put a bit on the back of my hand and went out to dinner a few blocks away. My skin had a sheen and softness to it that lasted through the night. I went back the next day and picked up a jar.
I read reviews where science-y folks (I’m a medical writer, so I place a lot of store in that) claimed that the combination of ingredients should render them inert, so I figured I had just kissed my money goodbye. The packaging is a bit hokey, and I do wish it was in a pump.
The first day I tried it I found it to be intensely moisturizing and long lasting. I also found it was possibly exaggerating the size of my pores. However, I told myself I’d give it a week.
By day 3 I started seeing some impressive results. My skin texture was finer and my pores not as obvious. Fine lines seemed softened and my skin hydrated, and remained so after cleansing. I also noticed the puffiness and dark circles under my eyes were reduced. Because that seemed ridiculous I dismissed it as my being hopeful. However, here I am at day 7 and I have changed nothing but adding this product and my eye area is looking better every day, and I’ve also noticed those lip lines are considerably smoothed out.
Now my skin is quite dry so maybe someone with oilier skin may not have the same type of results. But my skin is beautifully hydrated and not sticky. People have actually noticed and say I look rested (I’m not, lol) and asking if I had done something. Will definitely buy again if these results last through the bottom of the jar.

This stuff is insanely priced and makes outrageous claims for what I thought was a very bleh and basic moisturizer. I’m also not a huge fan of the rainbow iridescent packaging, which feels tacky. This might be someone’s secret sauce, but it’s not mine.
