Shame on Olay for putting horrible, irritating synthetic perfumes in its products in this day and age! I didn’t realize when I bought it, but this has the most disgusting fake floral scent, like the kind my grandmother wore in the 1970s. The fragrance free version isn’t available where I live or I would try it (while I could stand to have this on my face it did seem very moisturizing, but the odor was so penetrating I had to wash it off and gave away the bottle — also very irritating as this is not cheap for a drugstore brand).
Also, the packaging is terrible — who wants to stick their hands into a pot every use? Unhygienic and exposes it to air.
At this price point I would expect much, much better in both packaging and formula.

I am not usually bothered by fragrance, but this is way strong. Enough to make me not use it because of that. I like the thick rich consistency of the cream and it felt good going on. However, it never sank in after many hours and left me looking like I had white paint on my face. I washed it off before bed. The next day the lines on my face actually looked worse and I had a new pimple. My face was also red all over. The areas that were dry were not moisturized. This is not a product I will repurchase as it does not seem to be suited for my skin.

WoW! i love this cream! i use it at night and i wake up with firmer softer more beautiful skin every day. i have NEVER found a ds cream i liked. if you’re very serious about firming, anti aging and improving your complexion guerlain, decleor and darphin have wonderful products. but they are expensive require time-consuming routines and you have to buy a lot of bottles. i have found this cream to be as effective as those lines without the fuss and expense. cool water-like consistency when applied makes skin feel great. my h.g.

Good golly but this cream is over-scented. The texture is good. It’s rich but not in a greasy way, more like a thick, creamy gel in consistency. Hydrates well but the scent, oh the scent. It is so overpowering I can’t even use it on my hands. I’ve ordered the fragrance-free version because I do believe it’ll be a good, plumping hydrator year-round
I’m not a germaphobe but I don’t like scooping product out of jars because there are too many opportunities to introduce goodness knows what. Better safe than bumpy, I always say. In fact, with jars like this I’m always horrified my husband or daughter might dig into it with their grubby hands. A pump alleviates all that paranoia.

I have used regenerist products since they first became available on the market and couldn’t speak highly enough about this skin care line. In the last several months though, I suddenly developed SEVERE burning a peeling around my eyes and could not figure out what was causing this skin irritation. Finally, after eliminating the regenerist products, I realized that the microsculpting cream was causing this unbearable irritation and connected it to the new packaging and/or possible changes in the formula. So sad that I can no longer use my beloved regenerist products! I have been a life-long olay user and I am so disappointed!!!! 🙁

This broke me out, burned when applied, and didn’t moisturize. Certainly did nothing for sculpting, wrinkles, etc.

I am 58 years old and do not have sensitive skin. I usually buy high end products like Clarins but had run out and I was in Target saw the Olay and said why not. I never get zits and witthin a day I noticed a pretty big zit on my forehead and thought it was a fluke. This is one week in and my skin has never ever looked worse. It is broken out with some red and bumpy zits. Not smoothe at all. I never had bad skin even as a teen. I will discontinue use and go back to my Clarins. Whatever chemicals or parabens they are putting in this product to make a profit is clearly not beneficial for my skin. 🙁

Been a long time user of Olay. Started having a lot of skin issues with their products, but couldn’t figure out why. Apparently Olay skincare is now made in CHINA and Thailand. They used to be made in Cincinnati. They are now also laden with parabens. I mentioned it on their FB page and they blocked me, same for IG…. This product caused a lot of skin issues that are still there, even though I stopped using the product.

I bought this to-day, and as soon as I applied it to a clean face it started to feel like a burning
sensation. I left it on for a short while thinking it might subside, but when I looked in the mirror
I had 2 red wide marks below my eyes, just above my cheekbones.I quickly washed my face,
About 1 hour later I still have the red marks.and the burning feeling has not subsided.
I have never ever had an allergic reaction with any other cream. I have to give it 1 star so as
I can get this review published.
Do not try without first testing it on your face! I find it strange, because I do not have sensitive
skin.At least I never thought so!
