I’ve been using this as my day cream for the last two or three weeks, & I’m really liking it so far. My skintone is more even, & my breakouts are reduced. I have also been trying some other things, so these could be resulting from those things, but this cream is certainly not making things any worse.
I like the smell. I don’t think it’s too crazy. Plus, it goes away in a couple of mins. Overall this cream provides a good level of hydration for me in the summer, & I think I’d buy it again. It might not be heavy enough from my east coast winter skin though. I’ll have to see about that.

Only smells funky if I put it on and then blow dry my hair. Must be the heating of it. This stuff has done wonders for my acne scarred skin.

I don’t know where everybody is getting the cat urine business from because this smells just like scrumptious peaches–in the bottle, on my face, on my hands. Anyways this makes your skin very soft and I think it’s doing a good job of keeping my pores clear because I don’t get a lot of blackheads on my nose. It’s very moisturizing, a bit greasy for me personally (I have super oily skin.) It doesn’t affect your acne at all, for good or bad, and just brightens and refines your pores.

I have extremely dry skin that often results in flaking. Lucky me! I recently decided to switch to more natural products and purchased this moisturizer after reading many great reviews. I was a bit skeptical but pleasantly surprised! The moisturizer glides on super smooth and literally sinks into the skin. It keeps my face moisturized all day long without causing it to look oil, as so many other moisturizer have done (i.e. Cetaphil, Aveeno, etc.). The smell is a bit…unique…but it isn’t horrible and doesn’t linger. All you need is a pea sized amount and you’re good to go. I will definitely continue to use this product.

UPDATE I decided that I didn’t like how heavy this is and went for Paula’s Choice 8% gel, which is nice and light w/out any of the oils found in this product, and I can compliment it well with my choice of moisturizers. This is not a bad product, it does exfoliate, I just decided it’s ingredients weren’t really a good fit for my skin.
This works very well in multiple ways and DOES NOT smell of cat urine like the 4% solution. It does exfoliate, I saw a noticeable difference in a week of using it every other day. It also does a very good job of moisturizing; I don’t have to layer another cream to get appropriate lasting moisture.

I can’t believe I haven’t written a review for this yet. I absolutely adore this product. When I first got this I only used it at night because of the smell and I was scared it would be too harsh. But the smell really doesn’t bother me. Its strong but I also happen to love the scent of peaches. If you let this get old it will smell bad. Its an natural product so it does expire. My skin is SO soft after using this. Its unbelievable. I’m using a retinol right now so I don’t get to use this as much but I still love it and try to use it during the day occasionally. It really exfoliates my skin but unlike other exfoliating products it moisturizes pretty well. I wear this under makeup (with spf on top of course) and have no problems. I have acne and this is not a problem with it… actually its beneficial. It cuts down on the time my blemishes are active. There is a chance your skin might purge though. Overall, I would reccomend this product. I would definitely buy it again. its hard to find but I get it at Rickys.

**Update 9/16/10: WAHH WAHHH WAHHH, yes this is me crying my eyeballs out. Finished my bottle and went on a hunt to find a new one, and there is NONE to be found! Why is this product so difficult to find?! I’ve visited so many all natural stores in NYC, Whole Foods, and other stores that KMF says carry their line and I cannot find it ANYWHERE. MY NOSE FLAKES ARE BACCKKKKK. (See above whining).**
I waited about a month to do a review on this product. Sometimes I jump on the review bandwagon just mere days after using something and then the product turns on me and whereas I gave it a 5 lippie rating, over time I would reduce it to a 3, or even a 2.
But not this one. I’ve used this product religiously, every morning and every evening.
My skin is combination, but it never can decide what it wants to be on any given day. My nose and chin used to peel HORRIBLY, flaky, dry, cracked. It was awful and I’ve been on a constant HG search. Don’t even talk to me about the seasons. In the winter my skin is a dry disaster, and come summer my skin hates me and breaks out but sometimes still gets flaky.
After using this for a month now, I have noticed that I have not had ONE flake. I was ALWAYS, (not sometimes.. always,) battling my dry nose. I haven’t even had ONE teeny tiny flake.
In the morning and evening I give 5 squirts into my hand and massage after my cleansing routine. It comes out in short, thin squirts so 5 gives me less than the size of a dime in the palm of my hand.
Unlike most people here I have no issue with the smell… to me it smells like peach pie! or cobbler! It’s so delicious I wanted to lick it, but then I remembered it was face cream. I have no idea where some people are coming up with cat urine. I have had three cats and I can assure you, this does NOT smell like cat urine. Maybe I’m just biased. Peaches are one of my favorite fruits, and it legit, smells like a fresh peach. Mmm..
And price?!?!? Don’t get me started! I paid $6 for this at a family run pharmacy… and it works better than ANY high end, or higher priced cream from the drug store. It does a fabulous job of moisturizing, and it never leaves me feeling greasy. I used to think that I needed a thicker cream to battle the dry skin, and I tried L’oreal (my other review) and it sat ontop of my face like a greasy mess and broke me out something horrible.
I’m converted for real. This is it for me.

This moisturizes and gently exfoliates my skin without irritation, however the smell is an artificial peach scent that is very nauseating upon initial application. It does fade gradually thankfully. It has a light consistency and is a good natural pick if you are looking into AHA products that are affordable. The packaging is cute and the bottle is easy to slip into my bag.

Man, I love this stuff. It does have a very distinctive, sharp scent, but I don’t find it unpleasant at all. In fact, I enjoy the scent, as I connect its redolence with happy skin. It stings a little if your skin’s protective barrier has been compromised in any way. It absorbs quickly, leaving skin plump and hydrated. A little goes a very long ways for me. I really, really enjoy this one.
