LOVE this! I have acne prone skin, that sometimes gets dehydrated and flakey from retin-a use. I put this on in the evening and by the morning my skin is soft and smooth. It’s extremely hydrating, but does not break me out. It’s very expensive, but it lasts a long time since you don’t need to pile it on. I’m hooked! I also use the daycream under my SPF and foundation during the day and it doesn’t give me the greasies surprisingly! Now I want to try the serum!

I would like to buy this ( Clarins – Multi Intensive Super Restorative Night Wear). But in Canada, Clarins sells two products, without listing all the ingredients: Super Restorative Night Cream and Super Restorative Night Cream Very Dry Skin. Does anyone happen to know which one is the Super Restorative Night Wear?
Update: It seems the Super Restorative Night Cream is the same in Canada as the Super Restorative Night Wear elsewhere. Still no idea what extra ingredients the “Very Dry Skin” version has. However, I have started using the Night Wear and the effects are fabulous.
I really hate that there is so much fragrance and so many chemicals (including parabens), and that it comes in a jar, but the effects are dramatic. I have never had such soft-feeling skin, and rarely had such relaxed-looking features.

This is such a beautiful night cream. It smells lovely, with a light scent of roses. It smooths on nicely and sinks in with out any greasy residue, delivering a good level of moisturising action to my face. And unlike quite a few night creams I’ve been trying lately (in an effort to find something more economical), this doesn’t irritate my skin. Two or three other products I’ve tried – from Vichy, Weleda and Biotherm – leave my face looking quite red after I first apply them but Clarins Super Restorative leaves my skin looking lovely and not the least bit red. I also use the complementary day cream with SPF…again, pricey but a great product. I continue to repurchase this product but do wish I could find a less costly alternative that worked as well. But since I can’t, I’ll stick with this great night cream.
