Definitely Holy Grail!! I’ve tried SO many moisturizers and have had issues with my aging, acne prone skin. Not with this one. It smooths and softens and actually seems to keep it balanced so I don’t break out. Highly recommend!
Yes: Pretty beautiful! The swatch contains the cream that I gave my skin a try. When I use to wear skimpy red and pink covers, it is soft and looks completely different! All I can tell the difference is that the cream does not irritate my skin. It’s also more gentle than mascaras, but no harder to apply than go my number on Beauty Row. So no worries here – I bought the one that had the MAC brand in a lil blue pearl shade on it and get it in a brown instead. Very happy with the review.
This is my go to try foundation without sweat on everything I wear. I didn’t want to pay very much attention to my skin, so I grabbed this without any problem. It is so easy to apply and very moisturizing, almost my favorite. We use it for hair, red eyes, acne, all over and my kids so much.
Love this product…doesnt really do anything! I love the color and it lasts. When I wear it, I never feel that acne pops or wrinkles on my face. It doesn’t get very sunburned out – it helps maintain my skin just fine, and it works really well on my lips if I hold it in there longer (i.e. when I’m wearing before an eye lash). I have bought many products with this Benefit filter, but I never felt like I was treating my skin so nicely with it. It has so much potential, it gives me the sense that my skin is going to be not only healthy but healthy.
My hands went cold, but I got to leave without any bother because it worked fine for about 3 hours. My babies were always too shy so it worked for them all day and for 3-4 hours. I am really super happy with how I am! Thanks for this Benefit formula! My skin does become pretty pale after I get it on before bed but not so much since I wore it for only two hours.
I also put some Serrano Serrano (Lowest cost cream!), Ice Cream & MAC it didn’t peel, because it used water a little bit. It definitely works like nothing else. I will definitely be buying this once it gets into my humidor – in certain areas, at the makeup counter.
It is hard to describe this product in just 10 words. It feels very delicate, but because of that it is almost perfect for my body

This is my hg moisturizer. I have 51 year old skin that is (still!) acne prone and very sensitive. This cream is so thick and buttery yet actually clears my acne and calms irritation instead of exacerbating it. It has a very light, clean smell. If it ever discontinues I’ll be lost.

Two words: Holy. Grail. I’ve been using this for awhile now and I will use it until they stop selling this product. And this is coming from a skin care addict, I’ve tried so many creams, lotions, moisturizers and this takes the cake. I always come back to this creme. Some advice, this is not a day moisturizer. It is a night only because it is on the greasy side, not so greasy that it will come off on your pillow, but it’s not so compatible with makeup I find. But because of this, it lasts a lot longer if you just use it at night and you get your money’s worth. It is pretty expensive but like I tell my clients, skin care is definitely something to invest in. It’s never going to be something you regret. This stuff is amazing for all skin types as well even acne prone. I first got this as a sample when I bought a mask from PTH, and I was hesitant to use this in fear of it breaking me out, but all it did was improve my skin and slow down my aging process. 10/10 product will repurchase indefinitely.

Oh man, I love this but I almost wish I didn’t because it’s so expensive, and looks like discontinued? They don’t sell it in Canada, but even in US it seems to be difficult to find.
I lucked out and I found it at Marshall, for $29.99. I knew nothing about it, but I have a good opinion about the brand so I figured I might as well buy and try. It is chock full of awesome ingredients.
I’m combination leaning oily in warm weather, so I thought it was going to clog my pores, irritate me or do some other nasty. To my surprise, not only did it not break me out, but my face looks more even than ever in the morning, like…I’ve never seen it looking this nice! No irritation either, nothing bad.
I’ve only been using it for a week so I can’t talk about anti aging effects, but I have faith. At 44, I’m starting to see some loss of firmness in my skin, I can’t do Retin-A and the likes because they break me out, so any alternative to those is welcome.
I also use it around the eyes with no problem, and it might be my imagination but the slight eye bags I have seem to have diminished already! I was considering some tear trough fillers but I may not need them after all!
I don’t have any wrinkles other than some fine expression lines at the corners of my eyes, so hopefully those will fill in as well.
I enjoy the scent, it’s mild and reminds me of avocado oil.
I only use this cream at night, because it is mighty emollient and I can’t imagine using it under foundation during the day. Upon waking up, my skin feels moist and thoroughly hydrated. It’s going to be even better in the winter, but even now it’s not suffocating.
Because of its butter consistency, you only need a tiny bit to cover your whole face, so I gather the large-ish container will last me a long time. Hopefully it won’t turn by the time I finish it!
Unexpected find, but I’m thrilled with it and it made me want to try more PTR products.

My skin gets really dry, but is sensitive and acne prone. This had made finding a moisturizer pretty difficult. I really like mega rich and have been using it for about a year. It’s a bit too much for daytime use so I only use it at night. I use PTR Ultra Lite during the day under my MU. So far this combination has kept my skin well hydrated and healthy looking.

If you’ve read my reviews, you know I’ve been thru countless skincare products, especially moisturizers. In the end, above La Mer, Bobbi Brown, L’occitane, and Guerlain, this cream from PTR has ended up winning hands down. It definitely is mega rich, but it absorbs wonderfully, moisturized, and leaves my skin very smooth and soft. I haven’t noticed much anti-aging in the 2 months I’ve been using it, but it is the only cream that not only helps dryness but aids in the relief of my dehydration also. As rich as it is, it’s not heavy at all and makeup applies over it like a dream! I actually had this for a while before starting to use it…I was so certain that one of theirs expensive creams I was testing would outshine it that I barely gave it a thought. I was so very wrong. It appears pricey at first, but I got the 3.4oz and it is actually super economical considering how little needs to be used, and considering the price of all the luxury moisturizers that claim miracles. Thumbs up again PTR!

I’ve been using this product as a night cream for the past 3-4 years and I can honestly say that it’s kept my skin well nourished. I’m in my mid 30’s and people frequently mistaken me for being in my 20’s. I think it’s because I have so few wrinkles on my face from using this night cream along with my wonderful Shiseido eye cream. This cream is not cheap but is worth the money because it has kept my skin looking young all these years. I highly recommend this product.

Absolutely love this product, especially in the frigid northern winters! My skin is on the dryer side and needs more help when the temperature plummets. On top of that, add the dry heat, the lack of moisture, and winter can wreak havoc with one’s skin. Enter Peter Thomas Roth’s Mega-Rich anti-Aging Cellular Creme. Pure hydration for the face filled with peptides, vitamins and botanicals that leave my face radiant, glowing and moisturized immediately and for hours.
Mega-Rich appears greasy in the jar. It’s shiny. It’s consistency is smooth and very easy to spread. A little goes a long way. 1.7 oz at $85.00 US is inexpensive when I think of how long the jar lasts me. Although it seems very shiny in the jar, it doesn’t go on my face in a greasy consistency at all. You only need a little because the creme spreads really well. The shine isn’t there but a rich radiance is with a rosy glow. My skin feels instantly moisturized and ready to take on the winter weather and dry indoor humidity.
I use Mega-Rich on my face, neck, décolletage and upper and lower eye areas. My skin feels firmer and I’ve also seen a lessening in my fine lines. It’s probably plumping them and also keeping new ones at bay, but that’s ok with me. It’s working. That’s what matters.
I like using a product that has natural ingredients in it, especially if they’ve been proven to work. Mega-Rich contains Avocado Oil which has natural moisturizing factors and antioxidant properties; Vitamin E, A and C are all antioxidants; Vitamin B5 is an anti-inflammatory; Echinacea moisturizes and conditions; Grape Seed Extract diminishes free radical damage and also has antioxidant properties; and Green and White teas which have the highest concentrations of all the teas for antioxidant properties. There are also a variety of peptides to round out the mix. Because the container is so large and the mouth is wide which I consider unsanitary, I use a scoop to put a smaller amount into a tiny container that I’ll use with my fingers. The large jar I keep in the fridge. I’m on my third jar of this classic creme and wouldn’t be without it.

The mega-rich line just doesn’t work for me. The eye cream burned, and this facial cream made me break out in a red rash all over my face. I love some of the other PTR products, but something in here bothers me.

This is luxury in a container without the $300, La Mer price tag. I tone, apply treatments, and then rub a bit of this into my face. At first, the texture was a little unusual, almost sticky, but my face loves it apparently because soon after I glow. You would think the glow would fade after putting my foundation on, but no, it doesn’t, it’s still there. Onto the technicalities, I haven’t used it long enough to know the effects on anti-aging, but my skin looks healthy and I’m willing to be loyal to it for now until something else catches my eye. 😉
