LIMITED EDITION JOUVIANCE 3-IN-1 ANTI-AGING CREAM (JAR)
This is my first experience with Jouviance. I just purchased this limited edition 3-in-1 cream and tried it tonight and am really impressed with how my skin feels. I applied a small pea-size amount (comes with spatula) after cleansing/exfoliating and applying a serum. Right away my skin felt plump, deeply hydrated and calm, and I’m even experiencing a lifting feeling. I haven’t been getting great results like that with my other, many, very good products that have served me well up to now. I turned 60 and the perpetual youthfulness I used to have is slipping, so I’m turning to serious anti-aging formulas and I believe I found a winner. I’ve always taken care of my skin and have few wrinkles or problems but I’ve just gone through months of high stress and it’s more sensitive now and firmness is going. I chose this over Strivectin which began to give me trouble (a cyst, redness, and sensitivity…though I really liked it at first).
I chose this line because their first priority is sensitive skin, contains none of the irritants, and they have impressive medico-aesthetic peptide formulas. Also they don’t test on animals, and are a Canadian company, which is great for availability and I can use my Shopper’s Drug Mart points to offset the cost. It was $95 (whew) but I got their Thursday 20% senior’s discount (ok, it’s not all bad getting older!) and then used my points, so I paid $12 – ha ha. It is the most expensive product I’ve ever considered, but I rated it a good value for me.
I hope this limited edition becomes a regular product! You can buy it on their website right now for $93.50 and free shipping. I also bought this promo package of their full sized lip plumper and lash fx for $65 (with discount, making a good deal a great one). The Lash FX alone would be $75. I really like those too. The lip plumper is so creamy and smooth and stays put – not like Glam Glow’s. I put it on hours ago and it’s still smooth and creamy on my lips, which feel plump and hydrated. Impressed. And my lashes are stubby after removing extensions, so I’m happy I got a high-end, effective, non irritating lash and brow fortifying serum tinted primer – hello gorgeous!

I have used this for many months and I just used up the last of it, so I went to buy another, but even on sale they are $74 so I ended up choosing the anti-wrinkle serum in the same pump bottle which was $39. I think they are equal in moisturizing effects. The ingredients are slightly different but I really don’t care as long as there are no silicones. I am forced to use this brand because they don’t have silicones and everything else on earth does. It’s good enough as a moisturizer and hasn’t hurt my skin.
Update Feb 8/19: This lotion is not the best. It does not really provide any noticeable benefits and it’s not even that pleasant to use. I am trying others in lieu of my favourite La Mer which I cannot use all the time due to its price. I would not buy this one again as it’s kind of blah.
Update June 19/19: I forgot about this when I found that Aveeno for sensitive skin is the best moisturizer for my skin. I will use this up as well as the serum just because I have them and they are not irritating, but I am over believing any hype at all about skin care. I’ve learned my lesson after years of experimenting. Nothing will make skin young again including La Mer which I finally realized is one big hype. The cheapest, least interesting drug store product works better. Jouviance is supposed to be so superior but sorry, no, it is not. Still, it deserves 3 stars for being acceptable. It’s just not fabulous.
Update July 19/19: I’m upgrading my rating to 4 stars because I appreciate this more now. It does more for my face than any makeup because it gives a nice glow to the skin without any irritation. I’ve used nothing but Aveeno for so long that I forgot about this and how beautiful it looks and feels. On no-makeup days this is what I will use because Aveeno is just not as rich and lasting in effect. I was using the serum at night for a while and although it feels nice, this is the one that really makes the skin look so much healthier.
And yes, this is better than La Mer, or anything by Drunk Elephant or Lancome. L’Oreal once made a serum called Youth Code that was as good as this but it’s long gone.

I am on my second bottle of this. When I first purchased it, after a few days I was sure that I had really wasted a ton of cash ! I stuck with it and I am so thankful that I did I have used dozens and dozens of wrinkle creams. This makes my skin GLOW. I love the fact that I can use it on my eye lids as well. I’m not sure how this works, but it has really made my skin soft, clear and dewy. It’s a fairly light cream with no discernible fragrance. It melts into your skin effortlessly. The only drawback is the price. It’s expensive for sure. That hasn’t stopped me however from purchasing it again when it ran out. It’s worth it

I have a deluxe sample size of this moisturizer which has quickly become a new favorite of mine. The 3-in-1 means you can use this for day, night, and as an eye cream. Love this brand and all of the products I’ve tried so far. This is very expensive at $90 CDN so consider this to be a splurge item if buying full size. It is AMAZING and I will more than likely purchase this when I run out of my sample which I hope isn’t too soon considering you need about a pea-sized amount to cover your entire face. In fact I find this is this is a typical amount needed for all the Jouviance products I’ve used to date (except for the Eye treatment which requires even less) to get quick results. Within only a couple of uses my skin was plump and glowing, I looked refreshed and more youthful, it was truly magical. I am slowly introducing myself to more Jouviance products, have to go slow because they are pricey, but am so much happier with my complexion after using them.

I just hit my 30s and after thorough research of what products are best for anti-aging, I came across Jouviance. It is a Canadian-made product by a dermatologist and available at Shoppers Drug Mart for just over $90 + tax. It is also shown to help prolong the plumping of your skin from botox, lasers, rollers, etc.
Pros:
+Made a huge impact on my skin in less than one week of using it every day, it’s more dewy and very moisturized. My fiance noticed almost right away
+I’ve been using a dermaroller for a few months and have found significant results using after I roll
+You don’t need a lot and glides on smooth
Cons:
+The price is pretty steep, but well worth it if you’re looking for a great everyday anti-aging moisturizer
