I really wanted to love this cream and Yes, it is moisturizing but not as much as I would want it to be.
I still get flakes on my face and have to reapply during the day sometimes.
The smell is really intense, I quite like it though, it smells fresh and rich.
But, I would not recommend this nor would I repurchase because this totally clogges my pores!

I really like this moisturizer. It feels very gel-like to me and it absorbs to skin very well, doesn’t left the skin greasy at all. It hydrates well but doesn’t break me out. And it works well under make up too. Even though this is a great product, I think it is little too pricey for what you get.

This moisturizer isn’t overly popular, which is a shame, since I find it’s fantastic. The smell is refreshing and luxurious. My skin absorbs it right away and I am left with glowing and velvety soft skin. I would recommend it to those with dehydrated skin. I apply it morning and night since I live in a hot humid weather, but in the winter I’ll try the dry skin formula, too.
The packaging is really chic, but not very convenient and hygienic. A tube, while not so luxurious, would probably be better. They could’ve included a spatula with their current packaging.

With my dehydrated, oily, acne-prone skin I have long been looking for a moisturizer that works for me, particularly after moving to the desert! I found this last week and, fingers crossed, so far so good. I am using the product for “normal to combination” skin, and it hydrates well. (I’m so glad that companies finally seem to “get” the difference between dehydrated and dry skin; I need water, not oil, in my skin!) My skin feels comfortable, fresh and pleasantly dewy (not at all oily) after I apply the cream, it does not break me out, and my skin seems to glow a bit more. I’ve been using it twice a day, both times over serum, to heal some seriously dehydrated skin, but soon I am going to cut back to a nightly application only. The smell is pleasant and the jar is pretty enough not to have to hide, but I wish that it came in a pump jar. I’ve been using cotton swabs to dig out a hazelnut-size blob each time so that I don’t contaminate the jar. I think of perfume and makeup when I hear “Givenchy” – who knew they had a great skincare line?? I’m very pleased, and the price isn’t even that outrageous when one considers that the jar will probably last one-two months.
