I love this moisturizer, is it worth $255 American, I’m not sure. I have thirty sample packets that were given to me by my friend who is the Sisley rep at Neiman Marcus. When you get the samples(Sisley has a very generous sampling policy)prick the cent of the packet with a pin(if it pierces that back, simply put tape over it)now onto the application. From each small packet 4 grams to be exact, I get about 6-7 days worth and that’s using it day and night. I love the way this feels on my 60+-year-old skin, I am normal to slightly dry in winter and normal to slightly oily in summer and this cream/gel formulation works in both temperature extremes. I have not noticed that I look better, I have always taken good care of my complexion and that has paid off, but lately, I have been getting compliments on my skin from people in the beauty departments of Nordstrom, Saks and even Neiman’s. I am going to look for this on eBay as my budget cannot accommodate full price.

I adore this! Yes it is expensive, but I have never had such results with any other moisturizer, despite trying a lot. The texture is light and absorbs quickly, but it is so quenching and calming on the skin. After using it for a few days, I definitely noticed a more even texture as well as a radiance to my skin. Even some friends and family members noticed that my skin looked very healthy.
I’ve been looking for something like this for years. I have dry and dehydrated skin, but I still break out quite easily. So everything I tried was either too light, or too rich and would break me out. This is the perfect combination of light texture, with incredible hydration. I was also worried about the essential oil content as my skin is super sensitive, but I’ve had no issue with that.
So yes, very expensive, but if you are dry and can’t use rich creams, this is wonderful. You also don’t need much for each application, as it spreads out easily.

i took a 10ml sample of this serum to Queensland during this holiday season. It was hot and humid but Hydra Global proved to be a great light weight serum/light moisturiser I did not apply any other cream on top as it was more than enough for day time use
Although i am partial to Ecological Compound as a serum i would definatly purchase Hydra Global . Though i feel Ecological Compound is better value price wise Hydra Global will definatly be one i purchase at least once a year

Absolutely love this moisturizer!!! At first, I was no Sisley fan (not at all), but recently I got to know some lovely products from this brand, and this is one of them.
I have sensitive skin that turns redish especially in winter. It is difficult to find a moisturizer that does the work (preferably including anti-aging benefits as I am 40+) but does not irritate my skin. With the hydra global I cannot go wrong. My skin seems more relaxed, less irritated and … fine lines seem less profound. Never thought I would say this, but I will: thank you Sisley!!!!

This product smells great, is very hydrating, you only need one pump (though be sparing as you spread it on or you won’t cover everything), it sinks in well, and it does not leave an oil residue as long as you stick to one pump! Add the anti-aging factors and I would gladly announce it to be one of y favorite Sisley products so far… Would gladly buy again.
Only thing – I wouldn’t recommend it for very oily skin types – much better for normal, dry-combination, and dry skins. It really is very hydrating. 🙂

Well, sisley is a good product, but this product is not suitable for me. My skin still get dry in the afternoon after using it. I have a sensitive, reactive skin.

I use several Sisley products. Sick of the negativity from beautypedia and Paula regarding Sisley products, also sick of websites that diss products because they aren’t theirs to sell. Enough rant, sorry…..I have used this for a few years as my day moisturizer and sometimes at night in late July/early August when it’s too humid for my Sisley night moisturizer. Here’s why…I am 61 and still get residual hot flashes and I really mind the heat and this product DOES NOT make me sweat. If you’re my age you know what I mean. I can apply foundation or sunscreen after easily with no funky business or caking. Great, light smell, a bottle lasts me 4-5 months. Does not clog my pores. I’ve mentioned this in other reviews, I wait until a nice beauty event to maximize my spending…..last month Bergdorf had a super beauty event and gift, Sisley had a promotional Hydra Global/Flower Express Gel Mask kit (I love this mask) for a great price, plus I received a nice Sisley GWP. Love this product! Have said this before, Sisley samples are generously sized, so do try it first. You’ll love it!

The weather has changed, its hotter yes, but skin still needs to stay hydrated. This moisturizer is really good. It is soft and not greasy but at the same times skin stays moisturized all day. It’s a great classic and it’s always nice to return to it. It never disappoints.

I had a sample, which gives me four times of use. not sure I will buy it.
pro:
– smell very nice
-moisturising
con:
– very expensive as usual Sisley’s products.
– not good review on beautypedia
“How many bogus anti-aging moisturizers does one line need? This hyper-expensive option adds nothing new to the mix, and all of the plant ingredients (many of which are antioxidants, a couple of them potentially irritating) will see their effectiveness vanish due to jar packaging. That leaves you with a basic moisturizer for dry skin that is useless as a moisturizer and disturbing as an anti-aging product.” from beautypedia <>

This product gave me horrible pimples, which I have never had using Sisley line. Would not recommend for acne prone skin type.
