I purchased this at Sephora and no longer see it available on their website. This pressed serum is available at Yesstyle.com for $33.92 and comes with 50 mL of product or 1.6 oz. I find it to be quite pricey for the amount that you get. It is marketed as a pressed serum which is intriguing to me because I wanted to know how the texture would be. The packaging comes in a glass jar with a spatula. When you open the jar, you will notice that the product is this light blue color. The texture is very thin like a gel moisturizer. When it touches your face, it sinks in quickly and has this cooling feeling. It’s not a very strong feeling but was nice during the summer. I have oily skin and found this okay when it was hot out, but it’s getting colder and does not provide adequate hydration. One strange thing that I did notice with this moisturizer is the finish which is a slight sheen on my skin. I don’t personally mind it but others might. It’s just too costly for the amount of product and doesn’t keep my skin plump enough to repurchase. I’ll just stick to my CosRx Birch Sap Lotion.

This wasn’t what I thought it would be, but regardless I love how plump and hydrated my skin looks and feels when I use this! I thought it would be a balm-like, rich type of product from the name, but it’s more like a (slightly thicker than usual) gel moisturizer.
I use it in the AM only, before my day cream and/or sunscreen. Moisture wise I could probably get away with using only this “serum” and no other moisturizer during the summer, but I find that it feels a little tacky on the skin. That’s somehow helped by adding another product over it – maybe it helps absorb this one fully into the skin? That tacky feeling is the only thing I don’t love about it, to be honest.
My skin is looking clearer than it has in a long time, and while I can’t be 100 % sure it’s all down to this product (I’ve introduced a lot of new skincare lately), I definitely think it’s at least partly due to this gem.
+ Cruelty free (finally there is some korean skincare to try out for us who likes to buy cruelty free!)
+ Hydrating, plumping
+ Doesn’t break me out or make my skin feel and look clogged
+ Cooling and refreshing, which is especially nice during the summer months
+ Spatula included
+ Not too expensive
– Slightly tacky feeling
– Jar packaging isn’t very hygienic

Meh, I’m mixed on this one. It’s marketed for normal-oily skin, which is why I purchased it over the Tundra Chaga pressed serum. But it leaves a high-shine finish where I would prefer a matte look, and I noticed I end up oilier an hour or so in than compared to three other gel moisturizers I’ve used in the past. The scent is very nice as a scent, but too strong for a face product. The packaging is also objectively pleasing but I had to purchase an airless jar dispenser to decant it into to preserve the antioxidant ingredients. Good ingredients and concept, but problems in the execution.

If I was stranded on an island and could only take one face/beauty product (along with my sunblock!) this would be the product! Not sure how to describe it…gel-like serum moisturizer miracle in a little tub. I use it both AM and PM as my moisturizer. Any serums I use I apply first. This keeps my oily/sensitive maturing skin looking and feeling plump and healthy. It wears beautifully under makeup. Lightweight (gel) consistency feels wonderful especially if you live in a hot humid (or dry) climate. I imagine this would work great on all skin types. This does NOT break out my skin or cause irritation (I’m uber sensitive.) My skin likes it and looks less oily than when I used a cream moisturizer. Highly recommend.

The texture is so smooth and absorb very quickly.not only Hydrating the combination oily flaky skin like mine, but also tighten my pores bc it don’t have to produce that much oil anymore.
Really recommend for someone who has sensitive, oily and dry skin at the same time.

This is halfway between a moisturizing gel and a serum and is described as a “pressed serum”.
Sinks into the skin, leaves it feeling plumped and refreshed, without it being heavy.
My skin is oily, but it fixes dehydration problems that even oily skins get. I use it before makeup and my face still feels plumped and soft at the end of the day!
I sometimes use it at night, when needed, after my lactic acid serum.
Like most Korean skincare, it’s way less expensive than your usual serum (I bought mine 35 euros) and you get a lot more (50ml instead of the usual 30ml).
The only downside is the jar, as I would prefer it in a tube or with a pump… At least the glass jar looks nice.
Highly recommend!
